So the War Goblin release is out of madness? ;)
According to the text, "Over 250 Still MAD Items are back and on sale", but doesn't stipulate all. You can reach out with a ticket if you think it should be included.
The add says 40% off newly mad and still mad but I'm onlyseeing 30%?
They go to 40% in the cart.
OK but I would like to see the advertised price on the page its really a bit off a put off, but I guess the lost sales just aren't a problem for PAs and Daz, its good to know they are doing so well.
The advertised price is exactly what you get in the cart.
Sorry I'm confused the price on the product page is 30% off but the banner says it should be 40% so which is the advertised price - I don't see anywhere where it says extra sales prices will apply in cart. Honestly if Daz can't be bothered to get their sales correct and an easy straight forward shopping experience then why should I spend, I'm never confident that I'm getting the proper discount.
yes .. this is what I am talking about ... it should be still new. It is one day "older" than the Folco the Halfling and nothing from the War Goblin release are on the still new, even that other same-day release or sooner release are there.
I have sent a ticket now, but when the answer is arrive, the madness sale is over so I miss it anyway :(
I can't be certain, but I believe it would apply to the time that you sent it in. Thus the reason they ask for cart images and time stamps, etc.
When I go to a store and they show a sale of 30% off, some stores mark the tags with the discounted price and others tell you the discounted price at the register. It's not an uncommon practice.
The reason that stores do this is because they'd need someone to physically walk up to the display with all the socks and take a pricing gun and put a new sticker over the new sticker for every selling unit of socks that's part of the sale. Once the promotion is over, they'd need to walk over to the socks again and remove the sale stickers from the items no longer on sale. Daz doesn't have to do all that.
Stores certainly won't have a 40% off sale and send one over with a pricing gun to reduce the price by 30%, and then rely on customers to go read somewhere that LOL, when you get to the cash register will give you the other 10% trust us go try it. And they won't tell you to take out your phone take a picture of the 40% sign and a picture of the 30%-off socks and maybe one of you with the 30%-off socks in front of the 40%-off sign with a puzzled look on your face and mail all the pictures to corporate headquarters to get them to cut you a cheque for the other 10%.
wow..I think this is the 1st time this threas doesn;t have a lot of posts. it was evenon the second page when i checked in. Did you notice MM extended ? I thought yesterday was the last day?
Well, perhaps the offer is not that tempting... I went with one Fastgrab today. Today's offers are not evry attractive. No gift card, no bundle discounts, and only rather old Genesis 3 stuff.
oops oops, opps ... the flash sale goes to oops.
As per daveso...
Honestly, it might as well.
I have to say, having a Flash Sale start and end while I'm at work certainly saves me money. I wager someone in the marketing department has run the numbers and it works out, but these flash sales don't last anywhere near long enough for me. It would also be nice to see an actual time frame for the sale, but maybe that's asking too much.
If you are lucky, you get a time frame "x hour flash sale". We had a flash sale with a given start and end time once or twice, in January, IRC. Never happened since then. Perhaps that guy got fired because of customer-friendly advertising...
Having these flash sales all going to an OOPS page certainly saves me money.
thry're not all the falshy anyway. there's stuff that was not long ago in the real flash sale at 70% off, so 50 doesn;t grab me much.
its oops again. they trying to get rid of customers or what? Can't sale cheaper if no one can see the products.
Well, it doesn't matter when the flash sales start or end if they go to an oops page and you cannot purchase anything.
The flash sale links have been working for me every time I've checked.
The links weren't working for me either. But this latest one is.
The current one is working for me now but it wasn't earlier.
Indeed, considering that at the end of the year I was getting at least 65% off of most of the store...
I take it that the sale has finished
