I have a "We Found Your Gift Card" banner and I haven't received the email it mentions. I'm also 99% sure it's in error because I've never not claimed a gift card, but I'm a little worried someone might have sent me something and I missed it.
It is recommended that you contact customer service by putting in a ticket.
I've been waiting all day for the advertised SPECIAL60 code to actually work so that I could buy a new release with the extra offers - that then allowed me to buy a Gift Card.
Now the gift card offer has vanished before the code is corrected.
This is SO dispiriting and exhausting. I'm TRYING to give you my money!
ALSO ... there was NOTHING to indicate that the Gift Card offer was time limited. The promo said "TODAY ONLY" not "flash" or anything like that.
A few minutes after I put some fast grab items in my cart, I went to check out and they are now full price. I never realized how random fast grab is. Can’t they at least switch at Daz midnight instead of a random time in the morning? It’s really becoming too frustrating to shop here.
For a couple of days, fastgrab items were not added in the morning, but sometime in the afternoon. These items are probably taken out at the same time as they were added.
My opinion...worthless as it may be...is that if it is at Fast Grab price when you put it in your cart...it should stay that way to check out!

Yeh what happened to the Gift Card Sale??? I was planning on getting one. It was promoted in today's email and said "Today Only" so one would have thought it was for all day today and not a flash sale. Please reinstated the sale. Or do you not want my money anymore?
Over 10 hours since [SPECIAL60] was reported and it's still not fixed? Meh.
On the contrary... that Code has even been removed from the promo page, but the 21,000 items which are (or were?) eligible for the 60% OFF are still there without any hint of how to obtain the 60%. *>_<*
Oh my, definitely not satisfactory.
So, once again, I've wasted 45 minutes of my life filling a basket for an advertised offer that didn't work, raised the issue on the forum without any action to make it work, only to see the offer mysteriously vanish many hours later in the day.
This happens far too often.
I really want to be a happy, positive customer but sometimes it's very testing.
Between that and the disappearing Gift Card sale it is like DAZ no longer wants our money At least some acknowledgement of why the sales suddenly disappeared would have been appreciated. Oh well, I can dump my cart and shop at the other store instead.
SPECIAL60 was yesterday's offer, so it was taken down (belatedly). I've asked about the gift card sale.
The Gift Card offer should be working again now, thank you for raising the issue.
But this keeps happening.
It's careless.
How is a poor customer supposed to guess which of the still live offers on the promo carousel are actually live - apart from making a basket and checking out?
If you don't want offers to be offered, take them down.
If you leave them up by mistake, then honour them (and the time the customer has wasted).
If that (about [SPECIAL60]) is the case, then...
1. why wasn't it announced as "one day only"?
2. why is the [ARTISTDEALS] still active & working? (both are/were on the same promo page and as mentioned the [SPECIAL60] items are still on the page, too - if the offer was taken down, then the eligible items should be removed from the page, too!!!)

If there is a orange banner, telling people to contact customer service, it would have been a real nice move if someone would have taken a look at the opened tickets resulting from this banner.
As a mod, I am recommending this b/c you have the banner and no email. The forum is unable to help you with this; Daz will need to through its ticket system.
Exactly. Mine has not been responded to after several days. I have tickets that are over two months old and still not answered. When I start a new ticket because it hasn’t been responded to I get admonished for creating two tickets about the same issue.
The mods must see by now how frustrated customers are getting. Sales that don’t work, codes left up and when we spend our valuable time filling a cart, it’s just “oh that sale was yesterday, we just forgot to take it down.” That happened also with the PC+ for a day sale. An hour of my life wasted.
People are going to migrate to other stores if these things are not fixed. I already am. Have the mods told the powers that be how disgruntled their customers are? Do they have any intention of fixing things? Proofreading? Updating website info? Answering tickets? Fixing products that have not worked for over 6 months and are Daz Originals? And Daz Studio itself is getting ridiculously slow and constantly crashes. It’s just too much. I could have saved MANY thousands of dollars and just stuck to Poser which is ramping up again...
Plus everything is geared to new customers. Long time loyal customers are left in the cold when deals offer freebies of G3 and G2 pro bundles and we already own all of them. It’s like they have no interest in us and I’m losing interest in them.
Still...people apparently continue to buy broken stuff with broken codes from a broken store. Why would they(DAZ) have to change anything?

I appreciate your concern - please send me your ticket number and we'll look into it. I believe all tickets that are older then a week have been responded to, though for difficult issues it takes much longer to resolve some issues.
Did you create a ticket on this? Can you send me the ticket number?
A week is considered acceptable response delay for sales-related tickets now? I'd rather just not make a purchase if there's an issue.
Hmm, don't get it why the extra discount on today's lingerie bundle is only given for one out of the Brooke and Jacqueline bundles. As I don't hold the season pass I was selective and did only get the Jacqueline Alternate Reality Bundle. Seems to be the wrong one discountwise. Well, can live with it and will get that lingerie bundle anyway.

I think you must have meant 60% off on this one "30% OFF Select Strong Women Characters" a bunch of these items are way too old to try for 30%...50% and up if you really wanted my money.
Yesterday's new releases were also "Mother's Day" new releases, but they do not trigger the 60% "Mother's Day Stoewide Savings" when in the cart.
My understanding is that this pertains only to today's new releases.
My wife and I got a chuckle out of the idea that Mother's Day made somebody at Daz think of Lingerie. Perhaps a therapist's couch would have made a good bundle item!
