    The mods must see by now how frustrated customers are getting. Fixing products that have not worked for over 6 months and are Daz Originals?  And Daz Studio itself is getting ridiculously slow and constantly crashes. It’s just too much. I could have saved MANY thousands of dollars and just stuck to Poser which is ramping up again...

    Plus everything is geared to new customers. Long time loyal customers are left in the cold when deals offer freebies of G3 and G2 pro bundles and we already own all of them. It’s like they have no interest in us and I’m losing interest in them.

    I appreciate your concern - please send me your ticket number and we'll look into it.  I believe all tickets that are older then a week have been responded to, though for difficult issues it takes much longer to resolve some issues. 

    One ticket was resolved today (yay!) but the other hasn’t. The last response was April 23, (original ticket March 4,) telling me QA was looking into it, a problem with a Daz Original that has affected every G8 character for about 8 months! I sent you a PM with details.

    Thanks DAZ, finally I really nice bundle. Like almost everything included.

    But the price and the promo!

    8 products for a list price $137 and after intro and members discount still $67? Thanks to a banner price goes down another 15% to $57. But then? 

    Add-Ons get discounted themselves but don't affect the bundle price. No, sir!

    The banner offers an additional 20% for 8.1 bundles but those are mostly full-priced so no proper accumulated discount possible. No, sir!

    Oh, the bundle stuck-up sale with all Gen 8 stuff. Let's see, there are 11 bundles left for me. For the few non animation bundles even around 80% don't cut any more as I have already cherry-picked the stuff which interested me the most. That leaves the animations which a hardly use. But those offer only 72%-75% in total. And I would have to spend over $100 on 4 of those bundles to get another overwhelming $17 off the Jada bundle. Thats a big no, sir!

    I might throw in my plat coupon to get the bundle for $51. Not sure though and if really, only with a bitter feeling.

    In the 70% discount PC+ section; HD Saxophone and Poses for Genesis 8 is discounted with 30%, that doesn't seem right.

    Edit: It'll get 82% discount once it's in the cart, just checked.

    Without knowing what the * exclusions are on the coupon, and whats in your cart, it's hard to investigate.  If in doubt please file a ticket and CS can investigate further.

    I have the same issue with this coupon.

    It's possible that in my case the email was sent in error. The preamble says "Because you own the Bundles for Victoria 8.1, Cleopatra 8.1, Jacqueline 8.1, and Brooke 8.1 ..." but in fact I own only the first two of those. I don't know whether the coupon doesn't work because it's broken, or because I don't actually meet the requirements (and so shouldn't have received the email).

    Well, could be. But in that case I would be seriously p**** as I own

    - Cleopatra's Egyptian Bundle
    - Cleopatra's Royal Vizier Bundle
    - Victoria 8.1 Loving Life Bundle
    - Victoria 8.1 University Bundle
    - Jacqueline 8.1 Alternate Reality Bundle

    plus gazillions of other bundles including 8.1 bundles like August 8.1 Bold and Fierce, August 8.1 Dapper Fluid, White Priestess Enchantment. Limiting that offer to only folks who bought each and every of the recent 4 female bundle-duos would not that nice.

    It worked for me. Well, I haven't checked out yet, but it did reduce the price. I have today's bundle in the cart, if that makes any difference.

    If you own 1-4 "Pro" bundles, and there's the corresponding "starter" bundles in the sale you can usually buy (or rebuy) them for $0, which means potentially you can get 40% off for free.

    I received an e-mail from Daz with a coupon for 15% off my whole cart (usable twice). Is there a reason why it is invalid for Jade's bundle?

    Pretty much always coupons come with some kind of exceptions. So they might have forgotten to put them.

    I'm guessing that not owning miss indecision (she soo looks like that), would make it "invalid"? 

    So they probably messed up the sending. Or they wrote it wrong (or both)~!

    Yes, I suspect it is a mistake. I don't own all these bundles. I did own all the old style bundles, but I'm not interested in Season Pass, and I'm not interested in these itty-bitty bundles. It saves me money, so I'm not complaining. But very poor marketing strategy.
