Oh wow, very cool!
Someone in Product Suggestions was looking for a Rugby Uniform (real, not skimpwear) for G8F. I think the tight fitting leotards and shorts and tops/bras are easier to produce for the women and men. I am sick of the baggy shorts and tees for the guys, especially without any details.
But Rugby, Football, Tennis, Golf (from the little I see from the tournaments, it seems almost like Friday business wear now), Hockey, Bicyling (weekend warriors vs serious teams), Baseball, Basketball, Horse Riding English and Western/Working, Sking outfits and gear. This is off the top of my head.
Need Hiking clothes for mountains in fall, where you can have summer, fall, and winter in 24 hours. I believe there is hiking equipment in the store.
I have seen surfing suits in the store finally. On the Central Coast of California, I never saw a surfer get into the Pacific without one.
This is kind of a ramble, a thunderstorm is moving over us. Noise, wind, no rain. And now rain.
I have bought the soccer & hockey uniforms from the PA Andrey Pestryakov. I have bought DAZ 3D's Genesis 8 basketball uniforms. I have bought the Genesis 3 Rugby uniforms (which I haven't watched a lot of rugby as it's not on TV in US or Switzerland but that's not skimpwear but what they actually wear to avoid tackles) and I'm pretty sure that it would autofit the G8F characters quite well. I bought the Genesis football uniforms.
I am surprised that there are no baseball uniforms but that's fine by me. I mean I'd buy them if DAZ 3D had them but I also want to learn to make clothing myself this autumn and baseball uniforms present a challange to make in a game I love. Well used to love, I'm not thrilled with the current state of the game as it's gets more like WWE every year.
I could go for cricket and jai alai uniforms as well. A greyhound track. a harness racing track. Various olympic uniforms.
Come to think of it a comprehensive set of high quality sports uniforms is lacking.
The first Toon Generations Mega Bundle has very cartoon-like products for baseball, football, and basketball, which are the big three commercial American sports leagues. Toon Generations is not Genesis compatible though 3DU did make autofit clones for the Genesis 3 Toon Generations 2 product so that the clothing products for Toon Generations would would work with Toon Generations 2.
Glad you mentioned that because I've neglected to buy interactive licenses for Andrey Pestryakov's sports and a few of his tropical plant products I intend to use.
Yeah, not sure if the storm we had yesterday in Missouri was from related south to north action on the outskirts of that storm, or was west to east travelling storms, but it really threw down the rain here last evening. Was a real angry sky. Luckily for me I have never been directly hit by a tornado.
Hey folks, just spotted this in the Feminine Bikini and it's in the discounted section. There's a beach coverup included, and the price is right even if you don't use the bikini.
In Spring Bedroom, I really, really like that chair. You also get a globe which is a bit unusual to find with a bedroom set. There's a nice variety of knick-knacks.
Axya Casual Outfit would be easy to put a skirt over the bottom and use the top part as the elegant shirt. It also comes with a lot of jewelry, a purse, and phone.

I’m on my iPad away from computer so don’t have the browser add on, thus cannot see if it’s been linked in forum threads or even has any gallery images. I’m mainly curious how the skin looks on a non-Helena base figure, particularly around the eyes as Helena has very toon eyes. And how the figure looks mixed in small doses with another figure.

is it iray? Are the modules very heavy re memory etc? Any thoughts on it?
@jakiblue I just bought her, but am in the middle of downloading all my June purchases so I can't test her for you at the moment. Is there anyone else who can test her? I got her for the same reason but also to use "as is" as perhaps a doll.
First I must thank you for highlighting this on sale today, I have had it on wishlist for a bit. I loaded BSM Preload 1 and did a 600 x 600 Iray render for you. I am attaching the render, the memory usage that was shown in tthe render window and the scene info. The full file is 1.2Gb.
Do you want me to render the other modules?
Edit to add: The only way I can tell there is Iray materials is in the Surfaces tab, under Base Mixing, 'PBR Metalliticity/Roughness'. Since I am a complete idiot on this, I loaded a known 3Delight object and checked it and those fields disappeared from the tab then. So it looks like the product is Iray, even though it makes no reference to it in documentation or coding.

@jakiblue Here is Hersilia default. (All of these are not fine tuned as renders, we've got a vicious thunderstorm headed in and I want to get these posted before things get too threatening. So I didn't adjust midtones, shadows, etc. They're good enough for you to get an idea.)

Quick notes, the Axya Casual Outfit doesn't come with silver earring options, which is disappointing. You get a rose and a gold option.
I found it difficult to get a good hair color with Ingrid Hair, there wasn't a decently close brown to match the eyebrows, at least with the Pro-Studio lighting, which does well with almost everything I have rendered.
Axya didn't do that great with the default dForce, and I am not fiddling with it. It was faster to just do postwork on that strap. Without using dForce, when the arm was raised, the sleeve just billowed out and didn't look good. But Axya makes a great top, as I said, for a skirt outfit :) BTW the white upper part of that skirt is NOT the Axya outfit showing through. That is part of the skirt. The top is white and I simply changed the color to blue.
TIP: Use the Costume Jewelry Shaders for Iray for quick color changes. There's an entire section of plain colors and quite a nice variety. The shoes for this outfit are Costume Jewelry shaded.
Shown is the dForced and hand-painted correction, just click back and forth on the closeups. Would love to see what you've bought recently, both this character and the outfit were in the PCFAD selections, and Bardot was free. So all this for $4.
This is the default dForce and it crumpled the strap.

Okay folks, what a deal! They do have the cart fixed so far as deducting your PC+ coupon from freebies, and it doesn't apply to the PC+ items either. I got the bundle today for $3.41 The bundle went from 12.30 to 9.41 when I added the three PC+ to the cart, that $5 requirement for new/debut releases seems to be a TOTAL of $5 in the new releases section? Is that right? Or is it determined by the price before it's discounted? I've never quite understood that one. Aka I got Water Sports, Forbidden Place items. The bundle was 9.41. Then I used my PC+ DO one to whack $6 off the Fungus bundle.

So, I recently bought this Gou Luk figure bundle and it's detail page says it is compatible with Genesis 8, but none of my poses register as compatible.
And when I uncheck the compatibility button and just go ahead and apply a Genesis 8 pose, it just goes wonky and twists the arms behind the
back and does very wierd things. I am trying to figure out what is with this figure. Initially, it looked like a good deal.
I think the product page mislabels it as Genesis 8 and it is Genesis 8.1 actually.
Got it to work nicely with some 8.1 poses, so definitely just mislabeled and a good bundle.
It has hair and 3 good base outfits included.
Gou Luk is for 8 (2020) she was released before 8.1 (2021) came out. Not sure whats up with the poses I will check them out.
Hmmm, something must be totally messed up with my Smart Content. Because everything works through my ContentLibrary panel.
@rakuda LOL I can just see what she is REALLY saying in those renders...."Ya know, posing shouldn't be this difficult!" and "Whew! Glad that pose was fixed. It was just weird!"
I was curious and also read the Gou Luk thread in the Commons. I opened DIM and found that I have 7 Gou Luk Bundle files and with different dates and my product library shows only 5 zip files for download. That worried me that she might not work, but when I opened D|S and loaded her, no issues. I loaded the same outfit as @Rakuda used (I like it and it allowed for easier posing and I also found that the backpack is easy to move off her back and set next to her) and her hair. I chose Action Anime Poses and selected pose # 11. No issues with her body. I had to expand her pants as the knees had a touch of poke through. The hair had morphs to move it out of the right shoulder easily. I rendered it with just Render Studio 3 - HDR keeping it simple. After the first render, I went back and applied some tattoos, LIE and makeups and changed hair color, to see if there was an issue. None. I may have a mixed up installation of old and new, but it works. I also checked her compatibility base.
What Rakuda described, sounded like what happens to me when I have a pose pack that is for G3F/G8F and I accidentally use the G3F pose on a G8F character. The head slap I give myself and irritation that I know better drives me nuts.
I am posting both renders just to see. No where as wonderful as the ones that Rakuda showed. I really loved the style and work you put into them.

I just bought my first bundle since Toon Dwayne 8 Pro Bundle. The Surf Shop & Lifeguard Station were just too good to pass up for $26.50 when I also got Orla Fae for G8F, Lorelei Mertail for G2F, and Geishas for Aiko 5 free. It comes with a cute Embroidery style swim suit for G8F/G8.1F and although the guy surf shorts aren't really different stylistically from the earlier pair of board shorts, the shorts come with a beach towel and an small ice cooler. The lifeguard tower comes with a couple of rescue devices.
So pretty good bundle.

I for some reason really like the orange materials (the eyelashes) for a distinct, alien look. The eyebrows are unique too.

I have been passing up buying more G8F characters since I have deleted many G8Fs to lower my load times.
