Yes, they will do that; if you forget, you sit on them.

This afternoon when we came home, Charlie came out loudly demanding treats. As I found some for him, he didn't run away from me, and he even ate them from my hand! And then made sure I understood he would appreciate dinner, now! So I served up to packs of the good stuff. One for him, one for Simon; who I believe is still under my bed. He found a place under of bed, in the center  on the floor, to hide where he can't be reached. But still he makes sure I hear him if I am sleeping.

Still no new photos, they move too fast for me.

There is a gorgeous huge tomcat like that cat they I drive by when returning home after visits. Except he has a white blaze on his chest. He's not going hungry either from the looks of him & is collared. He makes me nervous because he's always on the edge of the road everytime I pass. I think he's waiting for field mice and chipmunks to come scurrying across the road, which they do, in abundant fashion.

I love black and gray cats, so elegant IMO. I've fed Shadow for 10-12 years now, he's still feral but comes to the porch and lets me set the food down. After all these years, he still hisses at me, it's just a habit. I always reply, "There ya go," and put down the food. I've got to get the battery replaced in my remote control for the ceiling fan on the front porch. I always run that during the summer so the cats can get a breeze.
Robert- love the kitchen takeover, and Mary, glad things are progressing where they are exploring. Wow, that lightning strike sure could have fried your electronics, so glad it didn't!

Hope you had a nice Memorial Day, and always thankful to those who serve. Here's a critter having a good time, wasn't Memorial Day but made me smile.

Novica, I hope all that is keeping you from the forums is a lack of power or internet or cell tower access. You, your family, and your community are in my thoughts.

I just hope it doesn't take as long as we are experiencing to fix our gate access since our lightning strike outside our apartment. It fried the computer. I tried to upload a picture of Simon and Charlie, but it looks like the DAZ Gods of the Forums are not allowing attachments again.

    Take care, Mary

Nice cat. I don't dare get one with a pet parrot.

Looks like you can busy ripping your DVD collection to make it more conveniently accessible. I have a fairly large collection I never watch because it's so inconvenient to rumage through it. I probably still won't watch most of them as I like to collect things, but not actually use them. Some people do that with shoes & clothing. What is used nowadays to rip one's DVD collection? I'd like to put mine on these new USB 3 SSD drives. A 4TB one + one for backup should be plenty I think. Also, I'm guessing BRs can be ripped too. I don't own many so I reckon the same 4TB USB 3 SSD can hold them.

This is what I use it rips dvds and bluray  https://www.makemkv.com/

You have to rename the file after you rip it as the file structure on the disc doesn't list the file by movie name

    "Chessie"

We got Chessie (short for "Chesapeake") during a flood in 2007. She was so cute; her Brother licked all her whiskers off. She was watching TV.

I got a 404 error when I tried the link. Did you pull it down?

    Mary

Charlie and Simon have been working hard to trigger my 'cat' allergies. The CAT Olympics are interspersed with time-outs to smother my face with their fur. Lots of sneezing, congestion, and irritated eyes. My meds can't keep up. They even like to supervise my shopping on DAZ3d.

I have had to check all hard drive connections before I trigger DIM, as they dislodge them periodically, just enough to not be seen by DIM.

Picked up Prison Call Booth the other day. Not too bad. It's sufficiently gloomy.

I don't like the phones much- the handset is part of the overall phone box assembly, so it'll take some deconstruction in Blender to make it a working prop.

The cells in the background feel odd to me. Not having been in prison nor ever visited one (aside from Alcatraz), I've always assumed that guards simply escorted prisoners from their everyday cells to the call room and back, no intermediate prison cell needed.

(will upload pics as soon as Daz allows me to)
