    And it stopped in the forums - but not in the shop. Now it isn't at each new store page, but it still shows up again and again (yes, I am logged in).

    As far as i am concerned, this is Killing sales for DAZ. The window pops up on my cell phone and it doesn't allow me to make a purchase unless i sign up for the newsletter which i dont want to do. So instead of spending my money here ( which would be my first choice), i am now spending my money elsewhere.

    It should have a close box.

    It doesn't! It freezes the window and won't let me do anything unless I sign up for the newsletter. Money that would have normally gone to DAZ (because this is the first place I come) is now going to your competitors.

    This may sound stupid but this has worked for me with other things that weren't showing up. Have you turned your phone sideways? If so, does the x show up then? (I am not having this particular issue, just a suggestion as this has worked for me with other things in the past when they haven't been correctly optimized for mobile)
