    Sea Horse Mega Bundle says it needs Seahorse Tails for Genesis 8.1 Males and Females , but that link leads to an OOPS-Page. Isn''t that tail included in the bundle?

    Daz has changed the text to make it clear one is for general members and the other for PC.

    So... The tails will *not* be included in the bundle, and if I buy the bundle, I have to buy a seahorse tail tomorrow that I won't know the price of until then to use it?

    This is insane.  I gotta say, if this was a bundle today I could just buy, I would be buying it because I always need more fantastical creatures.

     

    But I'm not buying a bundle that depends on something I can't even price.

     

    Also, I own all the genesis 8 core characters already so if I want the discount, I have to buy a gen7 figure I won't intend to use; this is a very poorly designed sale.

    IIRC the expiration time was 12:00 AM on July 8th - which means it should have expired as soon as the day rolled over from the 7th to the 8th.

    It's probably more intuitive to say something like "Sale valid through 11:59 pm (MDT) Wednesday, July 7th" - which is how Renderosity notes their sales - but Daz isn't that organized.

    As far as the complaint about owning all the core figures, they really can't be blamed for that. For most of us, it's a great deal. And you can't reasonably expect every sale to appeal to every person. I don't understand why people get upset when they own half the store and can't find anything else they want. It takes time to make, and time to go on a good sale, and then at some point there is simply nothing left that will suit your taste. This is the logical outcome of buying so much. But at least you have plenty to render with!

    I have to admit I struggle to understand how something can be a "megabundle" when there's only two items in it, and of top of that buying those two items separately is actually cheaper than buying the SeaHorse MegaBundle? Bit of a mess all around.

    I'm all for the 5 dollar core figures; I think that's a great sale even if it doesn't help me.  What I'm not for is the fact that the new releases are discounted only if I buy older products I don't need or already own.  In the past, they've frequently offered banners if someone already owns a relevant sale item like that.  (Yes, there have been many times when I own the entire category, especially when it's core figures or bundles)

    @Leticia.   So you were'nt even referring to the core character sale at all. Have to admit I misunderstood that, too. Maybe you should file a ticket, as there should be a solution for such exceptional customers. Hope you are lucky with your request!

    We are using a coupon that we have paid Daz a (fairly substantial) subscription to get and are using it within the stated rules. We are already unable to use it with coupon sales. It is absolutely not fair to start excluding other items.

    Fast Grab has been excluded for quite a while (it should always have been but that slipped for a bit).

    This is not Fastgrab. It's the normal daily offer. This one is for animals.

    ... and I know it's neither Daz nor infallible, but the DazDeals add-on thinks that the animals are usable with the PA coupon ... as they should be.

    Those filters only use the "general" rules, such as DO, or new. Specific exclusions (such as fastgrab) are not taken into account. (Which still doesn't explain why the coupon is not usable here.)
