    Have you tried emptying your browser cache?

    Not so previous, Fantasy Tents (not to be confused with Fantasy Huts) was also released today, but hasn't found a place on today's promo page. At least the link to Required Products is now included.

    I am also still having issues.  Opening a support ticket, but for anyone else in the same boat, what I'm seeing is:

    • I only see the bundle in my product list
    • If I click on the bundle, then it does have links to the base and add-on products
    • Clicking on either product from the bundle page tries to load the product, but it kind of goes into infinite spin mode trying to find it and never loads

    Cleared my cache, logged out and back into Daz, shift-reloaded the page, etc... nothing has changed it.

     

    Edited to add: helpdesk fixed it right up.  :)

    What's up with these new release issue?

    Is the "Core" by stonemason officially released (https://www.daz3d.com/core) ? I want to buy it now, but I'm afraid it will get "released" later with a better discount combined with other new releases.

    Same thing with the "Fantasy Tents" (https://www.daz3d.com/fantasy-tents). It has been released today, but I won't get the extra 10% discount when buy it along side other new releases. It doesn't even show up in the new release section today.

    Hmm any information?

    Odd that that product didn't show up in a store search for "fantasy tent", but not unprecedented for the Daz store.

    Stonemason's "The Core" is supposed to be the big featured item for today, yet it doesn't even show up among today's new releases in the main store.

    It's there, but lower on the pages with the releases form the day it was mistakenly released in advance.

    It was pulled from the promo, but it was live in the store, at least for me. Don't know if it was possible to order, but it was there.

    Why Stonemason products are often broken at the release date ?

     

    It's still impossible to download HAB - Sci-Fi Living Quarters with Daz Connect. Previously there were issues with Frontier Outpost and Urban Future 7.

    The discount is applied to Core when it's added to the shopping cart but it's impossible to purchase it (autoremove, "Shopping Cart is Empty").

    I had problems with downloading HAB thoguht Daz Connect when it was released, but was able to download it just a day or two later. If you still have problem with it, you likely need to push up the ticket again or such

    Is it still doing it? If so can you post a screenshot of your cart so we can add the same products to try and troubleshoot and reproduce. There was an issue this morning with it going up and down so that may have been the cause of it.

    I just realized that although the Core was in my cart when I went to check out, along with the new Dystopian bundle, it was stripped out when the order went for purchase payment. Not only did I not get Core, but I also paid higher for the PA items I had in the cart as well, since you needed two items for an extra discount. I have submitted a ticket to Customer Service to get Core added to my account, bill me and to return the additional charges for the PA items to my credit. Request 384518.

    If this happened to anyone else, check to make sure any other items you thought you might get a discount for is for the correct price.

    Cleopatra's Egyptian bundle in the current flash sale does not reduce in basket. 
    (Other items do so long as there is also a new release and fewer than 3 flash items).
