    There was a problem with the “(owned)” flag not showing on owned items in required products recently, my guess would be that there was a bug in the fix and now it appears on all items if you own one of them.

    I know. Despite 13k plus products installed, I owned sweet jack all for the past while, now I own everything. DAZ does know what we own and how we aquired it. Yet they offer me numerous bundles as unowned and I own every damn thing in it. So if DAZ" knows what we own" as I was recently reminded by RH , why not use the same coding they use for that for the store? Or would doing so sabatoge a purchase from someone not knowing the full extent of their library?

    Is it still doing it? If so can you post a screenshot of your cart so we can add the same products to try and troubleshoot and reproduce. There was an issue this morning with it going up and down so that may have been the cause of it.

    Just tried it now with success, I was able to buy it :) very cool product

    For me, it's 45% on the product page and then goes to 51% in the cart. What else is in your cart?

    Is the more simple mermaid tail part of Coral 8.1? Unfortunately as mentioned there are no promos for Coral 8.1 yet.

    The HD add-on shows it coming with a tail (if that's the tail you mean?) so presumably it does!

    Hi all, there's a problem with the Coral Mega Bundle, if you add one of the free HD morphs then this also counts towards your 5 DOs at 80% off - meaning you can effectively add only 4 DOs and get them for 80% off if you also want to add 1 free HD morph to your cart. Mods, please inform DAZ so it can get corrected! Thanks!

    here's a potential workaround- try taking the HD morph out the cart and then putting it back in so it's the last item in the cart.

    Anyone else having PayPal trouble? I have a 'Your Paypal transaction could not be processed at this time'.

    I'm trying to buy a Gift Card.

    Edited to Add:

    I've just noticed the Subtotal amount is twice the amount of the Gift Card. Then the Discount is that extra amount plus today's saving.

    And clear and re adding, it's showing the correct amount and has gone through. :D

    Yep! Definitely PC+ (says active, have access to forum, other items are showing more off) and defnitely logged in. Even tried on a different browser 'cause why not but alas, still 30% :/ Is this a job for a ticket?

    Unfortunately, yes, since I can get the right discounts. I would however suggest trying a different browser and/or device.

    Just for a laugh I did a full logout, cleared cookies etc. and tried again with no luck. Nor did trying on phone. Interestingly, when logged out the Deep Sea King and Villain bundles do not have ANY discounts at all, which are the ones that were showing at 30% when logged in. That includes when in incognito mode. Presumably that has something to do with it?

    These are the discounts I get. Other than the megabundle (which you may have additional onsite discounts), they look to be the same. What are you expecting different, again?

    According to the attached offer, buyers of the Zale 8.1 Mega Bundle and all of the Zale add-ons were supposed to receive 20% off the mermaid bundles.

    I bought the Zale 8.1 Mega Bundle, which includes the HD add-on, and the two texture add-ons (for Scopis Mertail and Charming Ever After Outfit), all in one cart, while the offer was active, but I don't have a 20% discount banner today.

    I do have two other banners, which are for lesser amounts, and which do not mention the attached offer. Could we get the missing banner issued if possible please, to save both customers and support the hassle of tickets for the problem?
