Press One is an odd name for a Federal Agent and what am I supposed to connect them to?
How was I unaware that there was a federal Concern Department...?

I keep getting the text messages that my AT&T bill has been paid and now they owe me !!! I was tired so I said silver instead of civil. I felt like I ran into a brick wall while it was being bulldozed over.
I'm trying to do inktober. The first day prompt was Crystal so I chose to do a portrait of my new were-deer mouse character Crystal. The drawing is a WIP for day one which I'll finish tomorrow. The doll is a doll a chose to look like Crystal.
...I get a lot of those. I also get junk mail for car insurance and installing new gutters. .
I haven't driven or owned a car since the late 1970s and I live in a 5 floor multi unit apartment building that has its own maintenance department.
I wanted to rest but I was told I couldn't rest for some odd reason I don't understand.
I only ever got automated calls about car insurance/warranty, I almost feel left out xD
If I've ever gotten any of the 'interesting ones' in a while I wouldn't know, since I pretty much just stopped answering them. If they're actually important they'll leave a message - so far, all the important calls that are from numbers I don't recognize (Not hard there, I tend to forget them easily especially if I only get calls from a legit service only sparsely) or are "Unkown Caller" (The service that provided my therapist was for some reason dubbed as that for a while), and only once was a scamcall did leave a message.
Off-note, but figured out the problem I was havin' with this scene in Arnold a lil while ago. Turns out for whatever reason, Arnold reads Roughness values in reverse; White is matte, and Black is reflective, instead of Black being matte and White being reflective. Since the roughness map supplied with HH's rex is mostly white and light grey... Just had to invert it!
Oh apparently plugging in the charger to the device isn't enough to charge it. It also has to be plugged into a power source like an outlet.
Unless you have one of the extended battery chargers.
Or one of those new Fusion Pak micro-fusion reactor chargers... they are costly, but convenient... unless you drop them or chew on them... then they sorta blow up with a small nuclear explosion...
But otherwise they are pretty convenient.

Those are a little heavy what with the radiation shielding and all that. Maybe use a solar powered one but they aren't much good for rainy days.
I posted about my pine cone friend Stanley in a different thread and I feel like nobody will believe me about him, so just in case, I'm posting a picture of Stanley here...
His name used to be Mr. Pinus, because he's a pine cone and "Pinus" is the scientific name for the genus of conifers belonging to the Pinaceae family of trees... but after I said "Mr Pinus" out loud a little while ago, I realized it sounds like I might not be talking about a pine cone, so I renamed him Stanley.
I feel I should include a little bit of a backstory here about Stanley's origin...
We have a big Eastern White Pine growing in our yard and it drops a lot of pine cones on the ground and while was walking by a bunch of them, I decided to pick up one and glue googly eyes on it...
Thats pretty much it.
I'm sorry it wasn't a better story or didn't involve explosions or me wearing a gorilla costume.
I apologize if you are feeling cheated because that's rather boring... but it's pretty much the origin story of most of the stuff I make... I get an idea in my head and stop what I'm doing to go off on that tangent...
If it's any consolation, I had just been shooting Nerf darts at a squirrel when I found Stanley... In case you don't know, Nerf darts are foam rubber "darts" that you shoot out of any one of a number of Nerf guns made by the Nerf company that makes all sorts of foam rubber things you can throw, shoot at each other with and hit each other with... actually the guns are plastic, just the darts are foam rubber... They even made a bunch of swords and battle axes a while ago which were pretty cool. I think they stopped making them though, probably because kids were whacking out each other's eyeballs or something...
Well, that's all... nothing important... I was going to post something earlier about annoying door-to-door saleshumans who don't know when to walk away despite the fact they walked right past the very obvious "NO SOLICITORS" signs, which they probably did because they don't know what a solicitor is and my wife won't let me make a "NO FRICKIN' ANNOYING DOOR-TO-DOOR SALESPEOPLE ALLOWED ON THESE PREMISES! GO AWAY! GO AWAY NOW DAMN IT!" with a smaller sign underneath saying "I'M NOT JOKING! RUN AWAY! RUN NOW BEFORE ITS TOO LATE!"... but she claims that sounds too crazy and threatening... which is sorta the point, given it's supposed to be a crazy and threatening sign from a fairly crazy person...
She probably is worried about how that sign would appear to guests, but I'm okay with them being on their toes and leaving early... and any of my friends know I'm like that anyway, so they are obviously dumb enough to still come around despite that.
It sounds like I'm calling my friends dumb, but honestly don't know why anyone would want to hang around with me... I'm obnoxious, preachy, long winded, subject to outbursts of bizarre behavior and then there is the questionable hygiene thing... but I digress... I was just walking to the mailbox enjoying a fairly nice advertisement free morning with the birds chirping and none of the annoying neighborhood lawn care guys noise polluting my eardrums with their leaf blowers and wood chippers and whatnot... and I look over to see two annoying phone company sales guys strolling down my driveway past the sign that says "No Solicitors" and of course I make it very obvious I'm not interested and of course they counter that with "But..."
No.
Just NO.
If I say "Please go away, I'm not interested", I don't ever want to hear "But..." But nothing... go the f**k away... before "please" turns into something else...
But no, every single idiot has to "but" me... "But have you tried our services?"... "But we have a really a great offer, just for you!"... "But it's a limited time super special bundle with uber happy fun time savings plus-plus benefits!"... "But your roof looks old and we are doing a job in the neighborhood and I just want to save you money"...
I actually had some idiot walk up behind me while I was using a chain saw to cut up a fallen tree limb after a storm... before he could say anything I snarled "Never, ever walk up in back of someone using a chainsaw..." and of course his reply was "Oh, sorry... I just want to ask if you are happy with your cable service, blah, blah, blah..." and meanwhile my arm muscles are like "Dude, we've got a chainsaw... can't we just say we slipped?..."
I'm so sick of these guys... just for once I want the fool to just say, "Okay, sorry have a good day" and leave with a good attitude... because they always end up sounding bitchy because they don't know when "Please go away" or "I'm busy" is the signal to stop and gracefully leave and not make me instantly the most mean and nasty person on earth... it's easy, just go... it always gets ugly...
I get that they are doing a hard job, but it's a hard job that bothers people and interrupts them when they are doing important things (not necessarily as important as gluing googly eyes on pine cones, but still...)... they are literally walking talking advertisements that walk up to your door and disturb you when you are showering, eating, working, gluing googly eyes on stuff, or chainsawing things and seek you out to bother you... I hear and see advertisements everywhere, on TV, on the radio, on the little TV on the petrol pump, stuffed in damn mailbox, on buildings, on billboards, without my consent on my voicemail (fundraising and political ads are apparently allowed to circumvent the No Call list), on other vehicles, in the sky (the Geico skywriters are based nearby)... I'm literally expecting to look at a pretty flower growing in the yard and have it open up to display a holographic ad for A Reptile Dysfunction pills (poor little reptiles)... Actually, a while back there was a mockingbird bird who would chirp out a few notes from the Mister Softee truck music... (In case you don't know who that is, it's not a guy with a mobile A Reptile Dysfunction pill truck, it's a "soft serve" ice cream truck franchise that plays creepy clown music to attract little kids and annoy adults)... so yeah, in a way, even nature is doing advertisements now... I don't need any more of it...
And it's not like we live in an age where finding any of these things is hard... if I need a service of any sort I can look one up, compare and decided... NEVER in a million years are they going to offer me any information I can't find on my own... it's not like I'm going to be like "Varizin?... Weel, shucks I done never herd of no Varizin, if dats whut you dun called it... an ya' say they got phones whut ya' can walk around wit now... Suveee... Whut will dey cum up with next!"... it's all BS, anyone I've ever known who entertains one of these clowns is always disappointed to find the special offers were BS or not available any longer or some other crap like that...
So, unfortunately no, I don't have sympathy for someone who chooses a job annoying people... actually I'm fine as long as you walk away the moment I say "no thanks"... then I don't care... but each and every time they gotta just try and sell their crap or go through their spiel... what, thinking that's going to change my mind after I twice said go away?...
But yeah, I was going to write about that and decided not to...

Equally acceptable would have been "Forking" (The Good Place) or "Farging" (Johnny Dangerously) or even Friggin' (anyone from Queens, Brooklyn or Long Island).
The newer tech stores power with any light and does so until completely dark out. They use them here now to power all our traffic lights and street lights along the freeway

ROFL, I took French in school but can't remember anything from it anymore. I can only remember the basics. I never could write out French because of that. I had a horrible time spelling the words.

Buys a pose/morph expansion for HH's trex-3, and it doesn't show up in D|S anywhere under Install or Smart Content. Sigh manual installation it is then!
Also 'nother side complaint on DS being weird: It installs some props (Wizard's Study and traveling wizard) and they just show up as ??? in the content library and throw up a bunch of errors if I try and load them. Them darn wizz'ers and their magical props :V

Reseting the Bind Rig or stripping it of the rig didn't really seem to have any effect - attempting to put the morph onto the figure always results in this haha...
So... The morph is pretty much useless until either I can figure a way to make it work, or wait for the DS-C4D Bridge to finally be patched up and sorted out. At least there's some fancy new textures? ^^;
...yeah I remember being in the oratorio chorus during college when we were rehearsing a requiem and got to the Offeratorium where one of the lyrics is: de poenis inferni which translated is the Pains of the '"Bad place" that elicited wry smiles form those who were unfamiliar with the Latin text.
BTW, extremely worthwhile rant. This is one of the reasons why I haven't missed having a television for the last 18 or so years (besides most programming today being crap, even the more "educationally oreineted" channels have gone totally mainstream with reality styled programming and rubbish like one would find in the supermarket tabloids). It's also part of the reason I'm glad I live in a secure multi floor multi unit apartment building that issues tenants an electronic key to unlock the outer doors. Political nagggin by phone and email is still a pain though I've successfully blocked most of them from texting me and I've set up elaborate filters in my email programme to send those which are just soliciting donations to a separate folder that I routinely empty (I do like to see how many per day i get).
It's not that I don't care about certain issues. It's just that I'm, living on the economic edge and don't care to splash my card number all over the bleedin' net with hackers circling like sharks.

Complaint : Why isn't there a easy way to find everything associated with an item say like Dream House ,all the rooms and various textures ,or Morphing Fantasy Dress and all it's textures and variations? or all the Carnival stuff textures and rides etc .I don't understand !! and I've given myself a headache
I generally don't ever give to any "fundraisers", when I donate to a charity I do it directly, I want whatever money I give to go to them, not a telemarketer solicitor who takes a cut... New York State used to have a website which listed charities and the fundraisers whom they dealt with and how much the fundraiser's cut was... some were taking a 60% cut... but mostly those were shady charities to begin with... the last I looked, 2016 was the last time the site was updated, but there are other charity watchdog websites out there. I get they may be necessary to some extent, but if it's a legit charity I want them to get every cent.
That and two years ago my family participated in a fundraiser held event where the fundraiser screwed up my name in very particular way... within a few weeks I started getting tons of scam emails misspelling my name exactly the same (very unique) way... so, I'm guessing they either shared data or have crap security.
So even more reason to cut them out of the equation.
