Apparently, on Hoodie Hoo Day, everyone is supposed to go outside, wave their hands above their head and shout, "Hoodie Hoo!" as loud as they can.
If done correctly, we will scare winter away. No report if it actually works, but makes as much sense as Groundhog Day. :)

Morning. Appropriately sombre grey overcast overtopping all the fire memorials this weekend and cooler, as if even the sun has respectfully dimmed a little.

This has to be the most Team Kills I ever got in a single game of Battlefront 2 :)
(One hundred and twenty five) *EDIT* Aaand I just realized that Post-Game report couldn't have come from the same one as the in-game screenshots.... The Postgame Report is the Empire vs Rebels, but the gameplay is from the Clone Wars era oO
Derp, well I know I got a truckload of TK's either way. I tend to pick up a lot in One-Flag CTF games in this
    .
    .
    .
Capture the Flag on Java the Hutt's palace (Or whatever his name was), and for some reason EVERYONE insisted on going through this one room with the flag, so there was always like 9 ~ 15 people in it at all times, throwing grenades and shooting rockets... Sheer chaos. I spent most of the game as an engineer and thus using a shotgun (Most of the level is confined spaces after all) and was many times where the enemy flag carrier was headed my way and I'd shoot like three team mates in a row trying to get him :B

How does the Hottie Bikini keep Victoria's big boobs supported? What prevents wardrobe malfunctions?

Because the DAZ female clothing isn't actually made of cloths and other traditional materials but instead of hi-tech superstrong alloys. :)

I think they use double-sided tape.

    Duct Tape? :)

Does DAZ sell this tape in the Fast Grab section?

You should be certain of things like this before clicking on the buy now button. Win 8.1 does have a 32 bit version. But I think it is bundled with the 64 bit version. Do not take my word for it, though.

What part of "impulse buying" don't you understand? :)

it's my 51st birthday. needed something more special then a bread machine

It's my 61st on the 14th. I need something special, too...website making money would be great. Not there yet, though.

Happy Sunday or Monday, everyone! :cheese:

Tasty coffee is tasty! :) Very different flavor from the Veltons.. a touch milder and a bit stronger.. this will make a great cuppa for my commute tomorrow!

Supposed to hit 72F today, going to be hard to resist going to the bar for a beer on the patio.

Amazingly, DS 4.7 is running better after the re-install.. weird.. but I also cut back on the content I installed, archiving a bunch of old stuff I don't use.. that may have helped as well. Who knows :blank:

*edit* Fell for the Grab Bag sale... :blank: bought the antique grunge shaders, then got two nice buildings (Dark Church and Onion Dome Desert Building), all for just over 20 bucks, so I guess I can't complain.. %-P

Just finished one of the creepiest tunes of my career, I think.. "Filii Tenebrarum vocem dementia " (Latin kind of for 'Chaotic Voices of Madness').

I'll post a small excerpt here shortly, not the whole seven-minute composition, but the first two minutes.

It's really creepy. :ahhh: :bug: :bug:

I present to you an excerpt from a track off my upcoming album "An Unquiet Void":

This is possibly one of the creepiest compositions I've done. :ahhh: :gulp:

It's the first 3 minutes off a seven-minute track. Enjoy!

Long since had that bundle, to be honest the actual price for the bundle should be more around $9 normally instead of a 'Fast Grab' price. Well, $9 would still be a bit low for a whole bundle, but honestly the models are thoroughly ancient by today's standards even here at DAZ, so there's no real reason for them to still be priced as they were when they were released.

I got the full-price bundle when I did way back when, bit pricey I think for what it contained. The models and textures were of low quality, the rigging on some wasn't too great (The T.rex especially had some weird deformations when you posed it)... They weren't suitable for close-ups or even medium-distance renders. Very far distance background characters, if your goal was low-res subjects, or if you were trying to recreate an 'old film' style thing maybe, but not really suited for general use.

I could see them being used in a top-down strategy game though - where close-up detail isn't really needed.

Warlords Battlecry III, Warcraft 3, Heroes of Might & Magic 4... Models looked fine at the distance you saw them at, but if ye looked close they were UGLY many times! The Sea Dragon in HoMMIV and the T-rex in Warlords didn't even have their mouths painted in! Like the T.rex in that bundle, it was just the same skin texture inside. But unless ye looked really really close, you wouldn't ever notice it.
A lot of the animations in Battlecry were kinda supbar though - the Raptor Riders and T.rex were big ones
