Manually downloading and installing products from my product library is time consuming. Maybe I should us the Daz Install Manager instead.
Sounds like a scene in a horror movie, where they're exploring a dark, creepy, basement or cave and something's lurking, watching.
Dana
thinks i'se starting to understand pwsurface2 a little bit.
select the figure, then select surfaces in surface tab.
apply --neutral-- first. it adds slots in a new surface category 'artificial light'.

Morning. A mob of cooing Turtledoves fighting over scraps from an upended rubbish bin like so many supersized feather dusters as my cab inches toward the freeway on ramp

a dragon queen and a dragon king going to a once a century dragon moot. they need entourages. got plenty of skimpy clothes.
hoping to use some replicator or instance magic
Still 'unno what to do about the C4D thing. Part of me is reluctant to contact Support, since what if I have to make a phonecall or something? They might not even offer downloads for R13 anymore either (It *is* three versions behind at this point)
I could just get R16, but I'd have to save for a few months without spending like, anything. And I like getting art-things from people so that keeps draining money haha...
Rheee, I looked at Lightwave but I'd have to learn a new interface and all whatnot, plus no Indigo support D:
biguanna ... pizza :)
Not tryng to pick on the programmers/developers for Daz Studio but Daz Studio 4 crashed. I thought I closed the program (executable) but the process continued running for 20 minutes. I was wondering why the computer's fan was running fast. I had to close the process using the Windows task manager. Maybe there is a bug with a shader or something. I'll look for the log files. Daz studio also left 600 MB worth of TDL files in the temporary folder.
edited for spelling
takes a few minutes to unload from memory. ive watched in performance monitor, see the bytes counting down as it un/l :)
more fun than watching clothes tumble in the dryer
enough pwsurface today.
gonna study some ubersurface2. not tnite but hoping to do like the promo on gianni.
Yeah, when it takes a long time to close it usually means it's still cleaning up the temp folder.
too tired to wait for the render to finish

The home has a van again which is a complaint because that means I have to go somewhere everyday or ride the stupid van.

I'm mixing these in my Yamaha studio phones, I also audition on earbuds. I wish I had decent monitors but they're too large to haul around.. le sigh.
Four songs done! I'm near the midway point, wheeeee!
Well, it's Monday, and I have COMPLAINTS!
- Legs hurt from lots of walking around this weekend
- Apparently I'm not in good physical shape
- Ate too much pizza
- Ate too many hot wings
- Ate too much spicy Chinese twice-cooked pork
- Sore from churning guts :shut:
Non-complaints!
- Leftover cold pizza for breakfast!
- Going to be lovely again today :cheese:
- 2 songs submitted for the Ambient Online Compilation #4
- "Filii" done, 4 songs for the album done :cheese:
- Got some cheap goodies for doing album art :)
All in all, not TOO bad.
Made it to the Corner and back yesterday without any ghouls getting me. There was a shirt in the bottom of the creek though. Probably left over from Troutface's music. The weather was so nice that I worked in the flower bed until dark. No 3-year old today so I should get lots of things done (only if I stay off-line).
Clear blue sky here in Austin, a bit chilly but warming rapidly.
Sounds pleasant, except the Thing In The Creek.. :ahhh:
Going to hit about 60-something here, stuck indoors due to work though. :long:
Blech on that weather.. yucky! :shut:
It does look like one of those stone angels, a bit.. I actually may have dated her at one time! :ahhh:
Yaay! 2 of the 3 things I need to construct my WiFi wireless environment monitor have shipped from Texas Instruments! :cheese:
Soon I'l be learning how to do wireless networking!
..or I'll set something on fire... :gulp:
Seriously considering moving to some place closer to work, on a bus line that runs more often. The bus near my place only runs once every hour, it's hard to get to shopping, and it's not the best neighborhood. The place I'm looking at is on a major bus line, has a bar/restaurant, is about 20 minutes via bus to work, and it's only $10/week more than where I'm staying. It's not near my fave bar, but since my fave bartender quit.. I go a LOT less. :-S There's also a place 1/2 a block from a Sonic, chili dog heaven! :cheese:
Will drop in something this week to check the place out. :)
You must be on the change-over edge of the storm. It's all snow here. 33 F and feels like 27 F. It started snowing last night and hasn't stopped. Last report I saw had it continuing until around midnight tonight. More shoveling tomorrow. :blank:
Dana
At the library right now. In a foul mood but hopefully it will improve soon. The dentist appointment went well.

Your music reminds me of this old image of mine. It is called "Sight And Sound". What can you both see and hear? A word. :)
Lunch! :cheese:
Hero Supreme Salad: crisp lettuce, avocado, tomato, egg, cashews and sunflower seeds, with Ranch dressing!
Soooooo tastyyyyyyyyyyy.. :)
