...actuallty a couple nice changes, major updates are now every 12 instead of 6 months and you can defer them for up to two years.

...and I like plaid.(well, traditional or blue).
Thank, who ever or what ever you believe in, after a meeting with my client and is stpuid so called IT head. I watch as his IT guy installed his companies custom software. Ta da BSOD. So I revesed the problem. He tried again. Ta Da BSOD. Collected my earnings and left. After I reinstall win 10 on the test machine. Told them to wait untill windows offers you the update for that machine. Then we will test it again.
I faintly remember someone saying, that it's better to wait for 1-2 years...
From my personal experience, as well as by the experience of my recently retired long time hardware supplier, the 'IT guys" of today have just superficial understanding of the systems, some are not even in to computers, but are doing it just because they thought it was going to be profitable career - Like priests who do not believe The Book.
I know this I always wait for myself. Took a little look around at Win 11 seen it's really no difference except for UI. There is a lot of custom software in businesses that won't be compatible for a bit. I have since returned to Win 10 my experiment is over.
