I was also told that if there is a confusion in pricing, not to purchase and then open a ticket regarding the discrepency as it will not be honored.

I asked for a confirmation that this was new policy and never received a reply. I followed up once on that and did not receive a reply to that either.

So now if there is any confusion, I don't purchase and I make sure I do my homework on any large purchase prior to buying.

A $148 totally qualifying cart went down to $141 (clearing out the none-new items in my wishlist). It's taking 4.5% off. Definitley something screwy going on. Luckily it lasts the weekend so my cart is pending until it gets fixed or clarified (or someone re-explains DAZ math to me).

IMO that thing is working, although with underwhelming results. You have a lot of new releases (50% off) in your cart. Those are not changed by the coupon as it won't apply on new releases. It does lower the prices on the three topmost items which are old. That's all you get.

I realized I had "new" items in the cart even though they are weeks old, so they wouldn't qualify. However, I tried using an OLD item, the discount still doesn't work, see attached file. Am I spelling it right: BF-EXTRAVAGANZA

I wouldn't know, I selected it at random because it's years old, I'm not actually planning on purchasing it. Looks like I will be spending $0 today, I purchase items mainly based on whether I can use it for commercial purposes (ie make money) and there is a hard line of cost versus profit. If I can't get an item for which I can make a profit, then I don't need it. My art does not sell for huge profits so I have to be picky. Is there SOMETHING where the coupon will work so I can at least test it? Kind of ridiculous the coupon doesn't work on anything I try.

OK... the coupon works. You guys need to find a way to make this easier. I'm probably still going to spend $0 today, I'm not seeing anything I really need at a price to make me bite. Some sales are great and seem to be geared for just me, I guess this is not one of them.

OK, it doesn't look to be part of any special offers - sorry for the red herring (though I suppose it might be a deep sea red herring). I just tested in my own cart and the coupon was applying to that item - are you sure you haven't already used the code once? Did you copy and paste from the message (it looks right in your post, however)?

 Yep, that was it. I'm soooo used to only none new items in my wishlish being discounted I just added them assuming they were no longer new. :(  My mistake, apologies for the false flag. Time to split the cart.
