Horo:
- Great terrain work. A perfect place to hike... for the intrepid. ;)
Hansmar:
- Cool "ridge-terrain" variants.
- Fascinating "photo of lights" rock formations! The animals give a good scale.
- Impressive "tiled terrains". Great mats and skies.
NGartplay:
- A cool abstract. Don't blink! ;)
Thank you hubert,
trying out import heightmaps made of program writing .bmp's
mach25 - welcome to the Bryce forum. Nicely done experiment.
Mach25, very creative. I don't know how to do that, so well done.
Mach25 - nice experiments
mach25 : well done experiments.
Interesting "abandoned" scene!
Beautiful abstract! Love the colours.
Nice landscape and atmosphere.
That's pretty cool.
many nice renders
thanks Horo,NGartplay,mermaid010,adbc
Thanks Past as Future and mach25.
Tried to make a model of mask from the "Princess Mononoke".
The process of modelling was done in a different aplication. However, resulting model then was exported into Bryce, where materials were assigned and render was completed.
Here is a reference for those who haven't watched the animated movie.
Past, excellent modeling. I haven't done any modeling in a few years now. You make me want to try again or at least open up a file that I never completed. You did a great job of making the mask look the same.
Thank you much.
And looking forward seeing something you'll come up with.
Past as Future : awesome modeling, great looking mask.
Past as Future - you show great modeling skills. Well done result.
Past as Future - superb mask, awesome modeling
A self made terrain with a material from Gritstone Hills, the HDRI for the sly and ambient light as well. Trees, stones and bushes are all Bryce trees, the bushes are from Vegetation. The Sea Turtle is also from Daz 3D.
adbc, Horo, mermaid010 - thank you!
Horo, a wonderful scene! And I love the presence of a cute turtle.
mach25: Welcome. Great experiment!
Past as Future: I remember this movie. Impressive modeling!
Horo: A very peaceful place. Wonderfully done, great foliage and nice details.
Horo : A very nice landscape, very detailed, lots of vegetation and trees.
A landscape "Majestic tree", the tree is from Shredder, the other vegetation from nobiax.
adbc, gorgeous scene!
Would like to see it in bigger resolution some day, if possible.
wow some really super renders you have all been very busy unlike me so well done everyone
I noticed talk of importing height maps so had a go the first one has an imported map duplicated and material added one of many material versions plus a boat for scale
the second render is some of the plant models from quixel
Past as Future : thank you. Higher resolution, hmm... that means a lot of render time.
spuddy : wonderful landscape, great material on the first render. I love those beautiful flowers on your second image.
Past as Future and hubert - thank you.
adbc - thank you. Beautiful tree, pity we cannot make such a one in Bryce. Very nicely presented, too.
souddy - thanks. Two nice renders, great material used on the first and the flowers look very good.
Horo : thanks. Yes it's a pity.
Yeah. Though, what I like about Bryce, you can pause a render, save the file, and continue next time.
Spuddy, nice renders. Makes it think about adventures.
Horo - magnificent landscape, superb lighting, awesome foliage.
Adbc - awesome tree and lighting.
Spuddy - two lovely landscapes, the flowers in the second are very nice.
Thank you adbc and mermaid.
The Terrain and materials from Hi-Res set 1, lighting from Landscapes under Fantastic Skies
mermaid : thank you. Wonderful landscape, beautiful material and sky, great reflection on the water.
