I have the same problem, says the credit was added but my balance has not changed. I hope this is fixed soon since there is something I want to get while it's still on sale, otherwise I can't afford it.

Same here. While my store credit shows a manual $5 adjustment my current available balance has not increased.

Same here. Hope they get this fixed soon.

  • I imagine that it was never meant to be used on a 3.99/2.99 grab bag item, and a slow update could make sure that happens with the 1 day madness sale extension.

    I have a $5.00 credit as of 3:26 PDT

  • But has the balance at the top of the page changed?

OHHHH.... Not the top of the page. Just right next to it. That’s weird. If anyone had a zero balance, can they now use the $5.00 or not?

I have the $5.00 manual adjustment; the new balance on that line is $5.00 higher than the balance on the previous store credit line and matches the current balance entry. Timestamp is 3:27 PM today.

Check the top of your store credit page where it says " Your current balance is:    ". Does it say the new amount or the previous amount ? Or try putting just a freebie in your cart and see what it says under the order summary for "Your store credit" if it shows the updated amount then you are luckier than many of us.

I'm sure it will be fixed soon.

I have reported the non-adjusting balance, it's obviously universal so no need for more confirmations.

They have less then 5 hours to fix it cause then they are closed for the weekend and when they get back Monday, the item I want will not be on sale.

I got the manual adjustment to store credit too, but just like everyone else, it ain't showing up in the store credit balance.

    Oh well.

Maybe they can fix it next week?

(Edit... didn't see Richard's post that it's not necessary to confirm this anymore)

I take it that the $5 is not going to be whipped away after a couple of days? It should be there until it is used, surely?

Once a credit has been added to your account, it's there till you use it. This credit in particular has been added to the accounts of those who filled the survey, unfortunately, someone screwed up somewhere and no one can use it.

Check on Monday to see if the problem has been fixed.

At least for me the problem has been fixed and my available balance now includes the $5 credit

  • jd641jd641 Posts: 459

Maybe that means it's slowly being fixed but as of right now mine is still a balance of 0. :(

  • tsroemitsroemi Posts: 2,871

Nothing changed for me, balance still the same as before the adjustment - and now it's weekend. Bummer. I really don't feel like having to keep track of this.

Balance and the board below are showing the right amount, with the manual adjustment made. Thanks Daz!

Hoping for everyone else who wrote above it was fixed for you also since you wrote.

I am still waiting how long normally do these things take to fix?...This is a genuine question smiley

  • Faeryl WomynFaeryl Womyn Posts: 3,662

Normally it's taken care of right away, however, many people didn't get the credit notice till late and being the last work day before Daz is off for the weekend, many still don't have a solution. Me being one of them.

Mine is still not fixed and of course I'd dearly like to combine that $5 with my $6 monthly DAZ+/PA coupon with the big discounts on 2 or 3 of today's MM sales items.

This is getting like waiting in an hours long phone queue for a broken product anywhere else in corporate America! Shame! Shame! LOL, just joking.

Same problem as everybody else. Manual adjustment yes, BUT  correct amount showing in available credit at top of store credit page or available in the cart to actually purchase something-- NO!  We now patiently wait.
