Town, right. I don't know how I ended up on the megabundle page. Anyway, it's not listed in the town bundle either. The "What's included & Features" part is just a text description. If the item is not included in the "This product includes the following products" section, then (based on past experience) technically it's not set up correctly, and people buying the bundle won't get all the necessary items that they should.
Is anyone else having this problem in Edge? This is what I see today on the splash page, just the top splash and th DAZ footer. Page works fine in Firefox.
I'd like to add some Interactive Licenses.... but I'd like to see the discount down to $5 for Daz Originals and $8 for others back at least for a day or a flash sale... I won't buy at full price and unless in urgent need I won't buy at not fully discounted prices either.
Any chance to see some serious discounts for the Interactive Licenses soon or nothing until Black Friday ?

This was rerun over the weekend, you were then the onyl one who reported that they had been missed (I did ask if there were others) so I assumed it was an account-specific thing needing a ticket.

I filed a ticket back on 3 August but DAZ has not responded. As a result I am not inclinded to spend much (if any) more money here.
We're always told that a only small fraction of customers use the forum, so there could be many people who didn't get their earned discount, and we here in the forums would never have any inkling. It is really up to Daz to ensure that their offers are honored. It is mind boggling that so many offers fail and so many ads have errors, and that this has been like this for years, regardless of multiple store upgrades and website changes.
Yeah - I even posted asking if we had to submit a ticket but no one responded. So now we have to submit a ticket? Great.

We have some here in germany about a football (aka soccer for the ones from the colonies) team that keeps losing: Sometimes it helps to change the coach, but sometimes one would have to change the whole team...
Store upgrades and website changes can't help a lot, when the whole background organization/mindset doesn't also changes with them. Things like shop roll-over outside business hours, nearly zero communication with the customers, an "inofficial official" webpresence don't really help when problems turn up.
In the end, the easiest way to get not any problems with buggy deals is to just not buy anything. These "future discount" deals happened before and - iirc - lead to quite a few problems then. Still even some old time customers seem to think that the next time they will work like a charm...
Today's FREEBIE4ME seems to be broken. I get a "coupon code invalid" when I tried to apply it to my cart of today's bundle plus Tristan 8 HD Add-on, which is listed in the selection of qualifying DO items.
Roughly 50% of this month I just cleared the cart instead of buying anything. This malfunctioning sales definitely are NO incentive.
Can you show an image of your cart please so I can try to reproduce it?

Pardon me for barging in. The coupon works for me. The differences I have noted from the screen shots - Frank does not have "DAZ DEALS" by ATI. I do use the free version of "DAZ DEALS" since I have not yet decided whether I need any of the additional options offered by the "PRO DAZ DEALS". It may be that something in the PRO version doesn't play nice with DAZ coupons. Just a thought.
I think the plan was always to rerun the promo with the corrected list of recipients, so initially there wasn't an individual repsonse required. Now hat it has been rerun and you were again missed it might be worth adding a note to your ticket.
I checked with a different compputer without DAZ CDeals installed. Same behaviour. So must be a different reason.
However, that coupon code sounds familiar. Could it be that this one was used not too long ago? Perhaps I have used that code at that time and it is registered as "already used"? Just my $0.02

To the best of my knowledge, the addon doesn't interfere with the coupons in any way.
Whatever the issue was, the FREEBIE4ME coupon issue seems to be fixed. I tried again, and this time it worked.

I just submitted a help request to return two unsatisfactory products, and the refund was in my store credit in less than 10 minutes. I wonder if these requests are now automated or whether I just got an excellent employee handling it. Wish I could that kind of response to my ticket for the missing 15% discount that I filed a week ago.
Did the order go through? Is it in the Product Library in your account? It appears to have downloads associated with it.
Mine was just a refund request, and I gave all the details of order number, product names, SKUs, prices and total price. It was probably easy pickings to get out of the way. I've already uninstalled and deleted the DIM packages. Movin on...
