I have, of course, flagged this image up for Daz.
My point in all of this is... Someone at DAZ, I'm sure not maliciously, dropped my image into a bucket where it shouldn't be.
I asked for it to be removed from that bucket the last time this came up. Because I didn't want this exact situation to happen.
I've opened a ticket asking, again, that the image be removed from whatever directory, server, whatever, that it is being found in. So that this doesn't happen again.
I didn't ask for renumeration. I didn't ask for credit. I just don't want this image or, frankly, any of my images to be used for purposes like this.
Which was why I closed my Gallery here when the whole NFT thing came up. We were assured then that no Gallery images would be used for NFT purposes, by DAZ, without our knowledge. Having been burned once, I closed up shop.
Not a good situation to find yourself in. I've also closed my gallery due to the NFT debacle, so I can relate. Do hope that they respond quickly to your ticket and finally fish your images out of that bucket (and keep them out). - It's a lovely render, by the way, very atmospheric.
Thank you. I feel like a director that see what the studio did to their movie... The image is all stretched and blurry and without meaning the way they used it. Other than "IT'S A BAR!" I guess.
The original image was inspired by the Queen song "Spread Your Wings." Which is totally lost in the context.
No reply to the ticket. I'm not really expecting one until the situation is moot. I have 4 open tickets right now, only 1 touched.

In any event this is not the right thread for the issue, though I understand it was reacting to a sales email.
Just voicing my frustration and wanting it resolved before the sales ad cycles off the system and nothing gets done.
I'm already disgruntled enough, I didn't need this additional nonsense to further antagonize me.
You'd understand better if it was your image being used, for the second time.
Out of curiousity: Why should anyone buy todays Foxy bundle if it is 6 Cents more than the three products included bought separately?
This is a little odd. The X-Fashion dForce Summer Outfit for Genesis 8 and 8.1 Females was released on 10th August, and today the various components of the product are being split out for individual sale. Nothing strange there: DAZ has been doing that a lot lately.
But ... if you look at the promo images for the complete outfit (specifically the first and the last), and then look at the promo images for X-Fashion Summer Fashion Bottoms for Genesis 8 and 8.1 Females, it's clear that the bottoms in the original promos and the separate Summer Fashion Bottoms are very different items. Moreover, the complete outfit is credited to DAZ Originals and xtrart-3d, whereas the bottoms are credited to DAZ Originals and Kayjay.
Is this intentional? And if you buy the complete set, do you get the bottoms shown in the promo (which match the top, stylistically), or do you get the rather different bottoms from the individual product?
The three other 'individual' items all seem to match up with the items shown in the promos for the complete set; it's only the bottoms that are different.
I will ask about this.

This is a joke. If they wanted to do this, they should have mentioned it in advance. I would have bought something yesterday if I knew.
I can get a regular sale being extended, but one that relies on you doing something to get it needs to be properly handled.
Kind of expected this although I do not find any interesting offer to make use of the streaking discount today again. Might get some DAZ+ products to keep the streak into september or wait for flash sales to show up later the day.
I'm a little annoyed too. I didn't bother buying on August 29th nor 30th to keep up my streak because it was about to disappear. The items I would have bought were new items which were not about to lose their intro discounts, so I figured they might be useful to trigger some discounts in the next few days. Like you, I would have expected an extension for any regular sale, but not this sort of thing. Ah well, live and learn!
What's going on with Sales Support? I've a simple ticket open now for a week, and it hasn't been touched yet, plus a quick refund from yesterday, which also sits and waits. Have never had this happen before with the Sales team. What's wrong? Could anyone check in with them?
Edit: Right, a minute after I posted, the refund came in. That also kind of solves the first ticket (product had wrong price when I bought it). So, only half disgruntled ;-)

When I try to utilize this promotion:
I am not seeing the full 65% discount in the cart, or am I missing something?
The total difference is only about $1 on these four items, but I see this sort of discrepency quite often and I finally thought I'd ask what is up with DAZ Store math?
Also, the store says I should be getting a 10% discount on my cart, with some exceptions.
I don't believe these items are in the listed exceptions categories. Again, am I missong something?

Yeah I have tickets on Template files that were submitted over a year ago that went unansweared and others that simply said solved and weren't
They have however taken care of things like wrong price and purchase not showing
The discount you show looks right to me. You get 10% off the already discounted price (55% off) which would be 59.5% off and then 10% cart discount off that which is atoatal of 63.55% ) rounded off at 64%) .

I think part of the confusion is the way they mix discount schemes in promotions.
The promotion right above the one I showed says
" 55% OFF Select Dinosaurs 64% OFF* when you buy the Dawn of the Dinosaur Bundle"
Which is so much more simple to understand, than the '10% off 10% off of the 55% discounted price" math juggle :)

Yeepers, this month ended up being my lowest-spending month ever. I'll probably blow the savings on some huge Sept/Oct sale, lol!
So sick of Daz nickel & diming me. Yesterday the $6 coupon was 35 to 85 cents short of $6.00 on every single Daz Original I tried and today my total for PA items is off by 66 cents. I think it's giving me 6% stacking discount when the front page clearly says I'm on 8%. All 4 items are off by around 15-16 cents. It's a pain to do two different CS reports for these small amounts so probably not going to bother and I bet they are counting on that. Also Daz + items are not getting the stacking discount although it's not mentioned as an exception. I know losing a bit over $1 isn't that big of a deal but it's money that I shouldn't have to pay or jump through hoops to get reimbursed. Will the store EVER be fixed or are they actually doing it on purpose?
Debating whether to just dump my cart. The discount isn't even that great. PA & Daz+ sales coming up next month.
I would suggest always putting a big visible semi-transparent watermark over most of your image. They never use those. I never see signed images either but they might crop that out. I barely post here anymore. They also post people's images on Twitter with artist credit using the Daz name, not the artist's real name. I haven't noticed if those were signed but as far as I can recollect they never use images with signatures, watermarks or websites on them.
My percentage is less than yours, but I also got 2% less in the cart than the amount listed on the store page, It was 2% less than it should have been, even going by the number of stack days listed in the cart. So, it is not just a discrepancy between store page and cart. It's either another broken sale, or it has unpublished algorithms we don't understand.
I have made qualifying purchases the last couple of days, and my percentage has actually gone down by 2% each day!
I would suggest putting in a ticket.
Well I am at full streak but the discount is not applied or not working properly. I am talking about Featured Artist Stores:
-> 50% off / 60% off for getting 2+
-> 15%-45% off depending on generation
-> 14% off for streaking discount
That way G8 should be 71% off / G3 should be 73% / G2 should be 76% and G/Gen4 should be 81%.
Instead I have G8 at 63%, G3 at 71% and Gen4 at 80%
Actually these items appear mostly as undiscounted for me. A small part has a 50% discount but all the others are full price. And no extra discount for older generations.
And yes, the price does not change when I check out (besides the streaking discount).

Yep, the second button leads to a totally wrong selection. But although the first button works, the discount doesn't.
I get 63% total for a Gen8-product. But it should be 60% off already (for 2+ items) plus 15% off (Gen8) plus 14% off (Streak) which totals 71% to me.
...nice they let us carry the streaking discount until Sunday (locked in at 14% with no glitches this time). Should have a new 3 month Daz+ membership by Friday as well.
