    The inactive products are from a PA who already made their own Gumroad store.

    You can also permanently (well, we'll see about that) enable it by editing your account details and checking the "mature" box.

    What are "Inactive" products, and why do they show up in the store if they don't have a valid product page and I can't buy them? (Sort store by price low to high to see lots of them.)

    Interestingly, having checked the aforementioned box, I see no indication on the product page that it's categorized as mature.

    I didn't realize it was a Fast Grab item until later. it shouldn't have been included on the items.  This happens all the time.  Whatever procedure they have for making sure this doesn't happen isn't working.  Maybe they should look into that?

    When pulling up individual vendors links from the Featured Artists section, their New items show up, when they should not.  When you click the "View All Artists Items" button, new items are correctly hidden.

    Nope. They're there in all browsers and all modes that I tried. Even on my phone. Sort products by price low to high, and they appear. 38 products in total.

    Nope. They're there in all browsers and all modes that I tried. Even on my phone. Sort products by price low to high, and they appear. 38 products in total. 

    OK, I see it now - not sure why I didn't before, perhaps on a filtered page rather than the general stoe. I will flag it up.

    Since the latest change to the store page, the filters on the left don't seem to be working against the contents of a particular sale page, but aganist the entire store.

    This makes it impossible to find sale items by artist or figure - I think this is what is causing Sevrin's problem (9 few posts above here)

    ETA: In case it's just me, I'm using Chrome browser. Selecting a PA name, a Genre or a Figure shows everything in the store, not everything in that sale.

    It is particularly ridiculous on the Fastgrab page!

    but more irritating on the fantasy and PA sales (two more attachments added)

    I am looking at the August items in todays sale. The baseball jacket appears for purchase: but I have already bought the entire outfit:

    Is the store unable to track what we have and have not bought? It shows me that I have purchased the whole thing but not the individual parts. That is for me a significant problem.

    What is going on? I can no longer see ANY products in the store on my iPad! Just blank spaces where the images should be.

    It sounds like more mishandling of breakout items. Breakout items have consistently caused problems of various kinds since they were introduced.
