It says offer can be redeemed once. Is this for ONE product or can I load up my cart?

    It clearly says 'BUY ONE DAZ ORIGINAL....', and it also says 'Offer can only be redeemed once'

    I'm getting "Invalid discount amount." every time I try this.

    Well, it's not ANY Daz Original. It looks like anything that's part of a bundle is disqualified.

    I get that error message too-- although the discount is applied to the total which doesn't normally happen if the item is not even eligible

    It says the total is 1.00

    Normally when an item is not eligible, the discount does not get applied at all.

    And another thing, it says 'we missed you" but I just bought something yesterday, so why do they miss me?

    It could because we're considering the PC discount as the 'full price'. I'm trying to buy something that costs $18.95 ($13.95 with my PC discount) and it's not working either. I'm pretty sure we have to buy things that are normally $18 or under for a non-PC member, whatever the maximum price shown is.

    I notice, however, that several people are listed in "Artist" (DAZ Originals Lesthat Val3dart) which may account for it.

    Edit: However, as has been noted, if the discount doesn't apply, surely it shouldn't show up in the final price?

    I thought so too but that isn't the case. I have Room Service for G2F in my cart $19.95 and it shows $1.00.

    Same problem here. I ordered "Drifter Hair for Genesis2 Males" SKU: 18509 priced at $17.95 and found with the store filter for "DAZ Originals", and the purchase price shows up as $1.00 but get the "Invalid Discount..." error message. (*sigh*) :down:

    I put in Truancy for Genesis 2 and it ADDED $1.00 to the total. I removed that and added a different item @ $17.95. It said my discount was $16.95 and my total was $1.00, but when I submitted to order, I got the invalid discount amount error too.

    Has anyone contacted the Daz3D Help center? I did, regarding the same issue as you all. Received an email from Daz3D help center with suggestions about clearing browser cookies and cache. Tried all that , and used a different Browser and still I'm unable to complete my $1.00 purchase. Seems to me that Daz3D may not be fully aware of the issues surrounding this particular promo. Has anyone successfully made a purchase using this Promo?

    Well, I got through to Paypal, but then stalled on the way back. So I have paid for my item, but it is still in the cart! Have submitted a Help Request.

    just tried mine still getting the same error as everyone else. i just followed the link in the email but what i was trying to buy was more than 18 without the pc discount. Has anyone gotten it to work yet or are they still sorting it out?

    Hey there everyone!

    So I grabbed a hairstyle for less than 18 dollars and decided to pay via Paypal.

    But when checking out, I accidentally picked wrong billing info (basically just almost empty address I have in my address book for some reason) instead of the one I regularly use.

    Then when I was redirected to the paypal website, it somehow glitched and was loading for quite a while until I got the "The page isn't redirecting properly" message.

    On my paypal account it says that the 1 dollar payment was completed but I got no confirmation email and the hairstyle is still in my cart.

    Could it be the wrong billing info glitched the paypal payment somehow? I doubt it but still, the only thing that comes to mind.

    Same here with paypal, tried twice with two different items for $1.00 and no redirect to DAZ again. Maybe it's the amount.

    Same here. I've actually placed 5 orders during the last week, two of them yesterday. And the checkout error is still there btw, but my card was charged $1 anyway.
