Haven't heard anything yet - but my hopes of the extra authorisations dropping off my card have been dashed - as you can see from the attached...

As you can see I have been charged 3 times and the 4th charge is when the checkout process finally worked

I only tried it once and it didn´t work so I did not risk trying again. I still want my item though: D

Submit a ticket. I had the same exact issue. I used PayPal which showed the payment having gone through, but the item still sat in my cart and I had no dl for it. I submitted a ticket right away, and the issue was resolved in a couple of days. DAZ was pretty efficient about it.

Same here,my charges have not dropped yet , and originally Daz3D support had instructed me to clear cookies and use different browser so i kept trying several times and than the next day after noticing the comments about the charges etc. i checked my bank account and now i have 5 charges for $1.08 each that have cleared!

Put in a ticket on the 18th - they asked for CC last 4 digits.

    Waiting on a further reply.

 idea**** instead of a refund let us have more products at $1 up to the amount we were overcharged.....:-P

I had two of the three charges refunded which I'm happy about. The 3rd time it went through correctly but that order says "suspected fraud" under the order status. Makes me nervous especially since the issue was a DAZ one and not something that I did.

    Will this affect future orders?

I have no idea, still waiting for further reply. Had my ticket up for like 4 days or so.

Even though Genesis 3 is out I still want the Kita hair : D

AND I´m really hesitant to buy Victoria 7. What if this happens again and 31 dollars will be gone just like that and I won´t have the item.

Opening old wounds here but just for completeness ...

I engaged in the $1 deal and tried a few times using my Visa credit card until it finally worked and I got past the "INVALID DISCOUNT ..." error and received my product. However, the purchase price on the screen ended up being $0.99 but the invoice sent to me ended up being $0.98. OK, weird, but not worried about it. :smirk:

Then today I checked my credit card transactions on-line and discovered that their balance and my carefully maintained private spreadsheet differed by $2.00 in their favor. Discrepancies in my spreadsheet drive me nuts, so I spend an hour carefully examining all my purchases and payments and finally discover that DAZ actually charged me $0.99 for the item but also charged me $1.00 twice more. That explains the $2 discrepancy but doesn't imbue me with confidence regarding DAZ store financial management. It remains to be seen if they find and resolve this on their own. >:-(

Yeah, I could kick them in the butt and probably get back my $2 but I've gotten enough deals from them over the years that they deserve a little respite from me at least once. And I won't really miss the $2 and I've gotten my spreadsheet resolved again, but it does give me something to grump about for a few hours.

the problem with that is that my bank and others bank will problably consider future daz purchases as fradulent until it is cleared up.

Well, considering the time and effort I've put into this already, and not yet having received any dire warnings from my CC bank about the problem, I'm going to just wait to see if this becomes an issue. No need to go back into a burning building without reason.

What? You didn't buy anything for a whole 24 hours! That's showing remarkable restraint :P

that they deserve a little respite from me at least once.

    My sentiment, exactly.
I, too, sent a dollar to DAZ twice, from PayPal, before getting the item for sixty-six cents, so,
in reality, I have bought the US$11.95 Expressions for Teen Josie for US$2.66.
My opinion, now that I've tried them, is that they are not worth full price,
but $2.66 is ok, so, I'll not waste their time and mine unless something changes.

Right now, that 66-cent transaction is still listed on my DAZ account as Suspected Fraud ! 8-/

Have you checked your Support ticket on line? They don't reply now as far as I know, you have to check for answers yourself

So its been 6 days since I posted my ticket, has anybody got their 1 dollar item yet?

    I wrote them this yesterday:

    Hello there! Any progress?

I´m asking because I´m considering buying V7 while she´s still on sale but I can´t do it unless I know it is safe and this issue has been resolved.

And I get the feeling that I won´t hear back from them for some reason.

I really want V7, but I want my 1 dollar item first plus I´m really hesitant.

Like all of you....I heaven't heard anything either. It's been only 3 1/2 days. Most of us submitted a ticket on Friday. It's now Thursday. We can't count the weekend.

It is very busy in CS atm. It gets really busy whenever there is a new figure release. Be patient please. They will get to yours.

these tickets predated Victoria 7s release. Hopefully they will be processed prior to the numerous issues after the release of v7.

I got a response back today. "We apologize for the trouble. We will have this item added to your account by end of day today. Thank you for your patience."

I'm sure many of you will be hearing from them soon.

    Thanks Daz.
