It’s due to the order the various cart rules apply and there's a good chance it wasn’t done like that on purpose, but since it’s Christmas weekend it’s unlikely to be fixed before the end of the day.

Too late for me. I already made my purchase using the coupon. I did file a ticket; so hopefully DAZ will refund the difference.

Is this the DAZ-recommended approach? Or will there be issues when I try to "return" the 2nd copy of the sleigh?
Generally speaking, if you buy a product as a trigger for a discount ... you cannot really return just that product. If you buy multiple sleighs, it was only because it was worth the cost to get the other discounts. I remember a few years ago the TOA Cloak (very cheap) was a sufficient trigger for items but each item had to be purchased one at a time ... so how many TOA cloaks we each now own is between us and Daz. I ain't telling.
ok... I'm done trying to figure this out... My brain is just gonna say that I am getting the $10.00 'gift' broken into 2 parts... $3.50 (from the punch card) + $6.50 (coupon code) = $10.00 gift ;) That's how I'm gonna play it in my head (cause it's giving me a headache)... LOL.

Same here. I'm wondering if it's even worth filing a ticket to get the difference.
They've made this same kind of mistake multiple times. It doesn't seem like a barrage of tickets makes them any more careful the next time.
I paid 3 dollars and change for my "free" item. Not worth it to me to file a ticket, but I'll know better next time.
I got the $10.00 off today (glad I waited til later in the day when it got fixed)... but yesterday I didn't... Not gonna bother for a few dollars. Cha chiiiiiiiing for Daz! lol

I used my coupons too soon, so I lost out on $7 total. Still, I got $13 worth of discount.
aweeeee... so sorry... Only reason I waited is cause I was tired last night and went to bed early... then worked at the animal shelter today... so didn't get to the computer til after dinner... buy that time I found this thread and it was fixed... hopefully there will be a catchup coupon tomorrow???? I didn't wait for the coupon to be sorted out, because I am in the wrong time zone ...
I waited for them to fix the coupon the first day until it was too late and missed out on using the coupon entirely, so $13 combined is better than $10. I did get the whole value of my second coupon by paying 5 cents over the $10 value. I got a freaking ton of great discounts with the repeat buy santa sleigh process, so pretty dang happy about that. A bunch of the sets I bought I was going to pay $10 during the flash sale, and instead I got them for around $7-8 when factoring in the cost of the santa sleigh.
You all are too smart for me... I didn't really NEED any more of the $5.00 bundles so I skipped on the repurchase of the sleigh... and no new 'oops' coupon today either :(...
I really need to curb my spending at Daz... I've bought 3 gift cards this month already!!! Gotta make this last one last longer than 2 weeks... lol.
I've decided to only buy G9 new stuff. I am really hoping they make some unusual characters/stuff for G9... or Men things. Oh.. and a nice pair of heels for G9... I'm not having much luck fitting dresses to G9 without the buldge in the front of the skirt :(
I added Edward 8 Pro Bundle to my cart as one of the $10 bundles you can get with buying a debut new release, and after I paid for my cart, the Pro Bundle had magically changed into just Edward 8 with NO PRO BUNDLE. What do I have to do to get Edward 8 changed into the Edward 8 PRO BUNDLE now?
If I use the link for the Grab Bag items I get a whole bunch of things that show $2.99 and 5 that show their regular price with no discount. There are 2 of the 5 that I would love to own - Manticore and Harbinger, so I put them in my cart and they are still full price, not $2.99. I put in a Debut New Release and the other grab bag items changed to $1.99, but Manticore and Harbinger are still full price.
I initially noticed this early this morning. The full price items are still on the grab bag page 8 hours later.
I don't see anyone else mentioning this. What do the rest of you see?
@Helene If i sort price high -low i have 5 products with normal (not reduced) price.
I hope you took a screen grab of Edward 8 Pro 'cause it doesn't appear to be in the qualifying batch atm.
What you can do, the usual, open a support ticket and ask them nicely to fix it for you. Alternatively, return the order.
To all: if they are switching out what is or isn't available periodically then I'd highly recommend refreshing the cart before making the purchase.
eta: I had show hidden toggled on but did not see Edward 8 Pro, however I do own that one. So put it in the cart along with a qualifier and yes it still shows as $10 so "in case" you need it Fauvist, here's the screengrab. {maybe, eventually, forum issues with loading images still}

Edward 8 Pro Bundle shows up on mine, is it perhaps something you already own and therefore was filtered out? I randomly added a new item in the cart and that bundle just to be sure, and it's ten bucks. I'd upload a screenshot, but forum bugs...

It would seem that toggling what's owned or not, is also not working 100%.
I don't doubt it. Sometimes I have to switch back and forth between browsers because they work differently. The shop updates faster for Chrome, on Firefox the new daily stuff on the main store page flashes, than fails to load. Toggles work likewise. But I hate Chrome with a passion, so I use it sparingly.
Thanks for the screen shot! I may need it. What's weird is that they gave me Edward 8 along with Edward 8 HD - which are two different products - for 10$. I submitted a ticket.
It's not weird, Edward 8 and a few others include the HD along with the character. This is why they're included with the other bundles in the selection.
