    I think there are often fewer flash sales during big sales events. So, flash sales may increase once the Holiday sale is over.

    I know there's nothing that could be done about it now, but I see two problems in this clause.

    1) you're placing the burden of proof entirely on the customer (not person you, entity you). It's easy to verify that it would have been on Still New because its release date was 2-3 days ago. Why does one need to provide screenshots for what should be obvious? Likewise with other discounts, especially from items that link directly from the main sale page.     None of that leaves room for people who only have or are willing to spend the amount it should have been discounted in the first place, but couldn't because of your error. One should not have to give you a loan for the service that you promised in the moment. In other words, you need a rain-check system.

    I would hope that the screenshots were not required, but theya re theer if the CS agenbt needs to refer to them - if nothing else they may speed the process. As for purchasing before-hand, you could make sure you filed a ticket and ask them to sell you the product at the correct price but having an overcharge to correct is a clearer position (and you can always ask for a full refund if need be).

    HU: The sale page states that today is the last day of punch card discounts. So, if there is anything you particularly want to get with that discount be sure to purchase it today.

    Didn't we have something like that for the Black Friday punch card and then it rolled right over into the ridiculously confusing holiday punch card? Maybe we'll have a Happy 2023 punch card. Who knows? We always wish for sales we can understand, and instead the sales keep getting more mysterious.

    I have a 10% punch, I add an item to the cart, it takes 10% off, add another item, the 10% goes away.

    I'm am buying 1 more $2 item today, just in case if nothing else pops up better. :)  SURPRISE we extended the punches 1 more day for the BIG NEW YEARS DAY SALE!

    If I don't prepare for that, it will happen for certain! ROFL :)

    Often the "last day" specials of a big sale roll over into a weekend of an "Extended Sale!",  so I wouldn't be surprised if there's another day or two of punch card discounts. I'll buy another $2 just in case, but I agree this current sale is quite lackluster for the end of the year.

    Thats what I was thinking.  I missed out on some great discount on Cryber monday stuff because I let the punch lapse before the sale was fully over.

    Question, what does your season pass badge mean?

    That was an older promo, a set of products released in stages with the opportinity to pay less for buying early (I think - the details are hazy).

    Could be, but the words at the top of the sale page say "Final Day for Punch Card Savings" (emphasis added by me). To me, Savings means discount in the cart. It's just another day of apparently contradictory words on the same sale page. They often advertise "final" and "last day" with no intention of sticking to that declaration. I'm sure they have it all planned out far in advance. If it is really the last day to use the punch card discount, then it is nice to be told that, but we just don't trust them after so many times saying "final" followed by "extended". Even you seem skeptical, Richard.

    I bought something, and my punchcard discount went to 35%. I bought something else two days ago, and got the 35% off. Went to buy something today, and the discount was back to 10%. So, if you don't use it you lose it?!?

    It's calculated on what you bought yesterday.

    If you bought nothing that qualified as a punch yesterday, your punch card drops back to the bottom the following day.  Or in other words, buy something that qualifies today to keep your punch card rolling tomorrow.

    My understanding is that is not fully true.  Some folks get 20% max and other 35% max based on their previous spending before the event.

    It seems to be one day's releases. I have tried another report method in the hope of getting a response, in the meantime you could take a screenshot showing that the items are in the Still New list on the promo page, purchase, and ask for a refund on the missing discount.

    This seems to be fixed, at last. Sorry for the delay, apparently it isn't just the forums that were failing to send notifications.

    I am so done with (or should I say sick of) all the misrepresentations DAZ make. Fire your marketing staff when they can't even do the job right!

    Good the punch card sale ended yesterday, so I didn't need to buy any pointless $2 item in hope for the big deal... welcome to 2023! Welcome punch card.... yay.... indecision
