    ...and it is not new by any measure, being five years old, and part of another bundle.

    And like a lot of the 'free' items offered recently, one I own already.

    I got an orange banner today.  When I click on it, it says, "Because you own Cloudscape Creator - Bare Sky HDRIs for Iray"...but I don't own that!  It's not in my Product Library, and when I click on it, it doesn't show the red icon that reads "Purchased".

    I don't see an orange banner but the same message is in my inbox. And I don't own the original product either.

    Me neither - maybe they put a spurious "NOT" into the selection criteria for who got the message?!

    I also own it already; no message, no banner. Sounds like they got the list inverted.

    I'd like to piggyback on that question. I earned five tokens from today's purchase and they currently show as expiring on 11/20 as well. 

    This will be looked at next week, I don't know how it will be fixed but the twentieth is far enough off that they will have time to sort it out during regular hours. I would hope they would either assign the correct expiry (which should be obtainbable from the order history) or just err on members' side if that isn't possible, but I don't imagine they will settle that until the issue iteslf is resolved.

    If I could add, as a nice to have, a page to access our token audit, there used to be a link showingus our tokens and stuff; now the only way to check on your tokens is to hover over the info icon in your cart...

    It's better, but it's still confusing. Now it says "Get a free HDRI for UltraScenery Biomes." What does the HDRI have to do with UltraScenery Biomes? That's not even what you have to buy to get it free.

    I think the idea is that it, and the volumentric skies that are how you earn the freebie, complement the Biome sets.

    Probably too late in the day to do anything, but the Featured Artist Stores sale is a mess. If you sort it in "Price Low-High" order, this is what you get:

    Okay, the second 30% is not being deducted from Featured Artists for having two "Aerie" releases in the cart.

    ETA: Sorry my mistake. The second 30% only applies to the Aerie new releases. The Featured artists get 70% and 30%. It was wrong before, so lucky you if you got it.

    Same problem here. All of my 30 tokens are set to expire on the 20th. Also my orange banner, when I click buy buy populates the Cloudscape Creator- Bare Sky previously purchased, so it isn't really corrected.
