There is a strange bundle on this page, 'Lahr the Lion HD for Genesis 9 Character Release - Sales Data', with a link to Daz3D.com:
https://www.daz3d.com/lahr-9-hd-character-bundle
It's likely visible on all items related to one of the bundle for Lahr the Lion (I checked a couple of them and it was visible on all of them).
Not sure if this is a wanted behavior:
I add Koa 9 HD Character Bundle, Surfs Up Outfit Texture Add-On, Kai 9 HD Character Bundle to my cart. With tokens and premier membership I get down to $15.01 for each character bundle. When I add the premier character bundle code, one gets down to $0.00 as expected, but the other one raises in price to $20.02 and the artist store items raise pricing from 79% off to only 72% off.
Will report, thanks.
It's how it was when I tested it last month: a bundle made free with the premier coupon didn't activate any discount (off the top of my head, I tested to check if I could get the Premier for a Day discount for free with a bundle).
When I include today's DAZ character bundles in my cart, Kai 9 HD Character Bundle and Koa 9 HD Character Bundle, I get an extra 30% off each and off the Featured Artist stores as advertised. However, when I use my Premier coupon for a Free Character Bundle and one of them becomes $0 in my cart, the free character bundle no longer counts towards the discount.
Is that supposed to happen?
If it's intentional, it's a terrible idea. If I decide to buy multiple Featured Artist items, I want the bigger discount from buying both bundles, which discourages me from using the Premier coupon. We're halfway through the month and I don't want to be in a position where I burn my coupon—after all, it's one of the selling points of the Premier tier. Or I just don't buy any Featured Artist items and use the coupon.
Ideally, the character bundle counts as being in my cart and counts towards my discount even if it is free.
I've sent an inquiry. I recreated your cart and the one bundle, indeed, went to 100% and the other two items went up.
Okay, we now know that the token problem is a bug. However, Daz should please hurry up to fix it. My tokens, which are supposed to be valid for 14 days, 'expire' in 5 days, as I just had to read, and I lack a little confidence when I read here that Daz apparently believes they still have endless time to fix this thing.
Should be working as you expect now.
I don't have an answer for you right now, but Daz is working on, just checked.
I think I'm still seeing this, or something similar.
I added the Kai 9 and Koa 9 Character Bundle to my cart, and applied 8 tokens, dropping the price of each bundle to $17.51. I then applied the premier character bundle code, and one Character Bundle dropped to $0.00, while the other spiked back up to $25.02.
Hmmm...I tried it again and it still discounts fine. Try clearing cache, another device?
I think there's a little problem with the tile names in the "hot recent bundles" section on sales pages
I tried using a different device, but it doesn't change anything. With Kai 9 and Koa 9 HD Character Bundles in the cart (and nothing else), and no tokens applied, the price for each is $31.84 (68% off). If I apply the 11_24CHAR-BUNDLE code, then one character bundle drops to $0.00 (100%) off, the other goes to $45.49 (55% off). Applying tokens changes the amounts in the expected way, but doesn't affect the missing 30% discount.
Adding a Surf's Up item takes the non-zero character bundle to $27.29 (73% off). Removing the code takes both bundles to $27.29 (73% off).
What I get from this is that if one bundle is discounted to zero by the Premier code, then it's not possible to get the 30% off each discount applied to both. Which I guess is ... fine? ... if that's the way it's intended to work. However, it seems a little counterintuitive.
I think they fixed the "both bundles with add-on" case but not the "both bundle without add-on" one.
You're right. "Both bundles with add-on" seems to work as I would expect. Thanks.
Oooooh, don't surf on the day of the full moon.
