Wood and gold.
Always Boolean operations.
Always a little 'difficulty.
I believe that there should be a system to facilitate better definition of the model after Boolean operations.

Simple registers for pipe organ.
I take this opportunity to congratulate for work posted in these days.

Cor! Oh cor! Would you look at the text , great modeling m_m.
Thanks Red.

Is a little exercise but not easy mapping wood.

Hello to all.
A quick little work.
You have tried to model a pencil?
I do not understand how to transform the polygon to transform it into circular.
Area dedicated to pencil sharpeners.

Nice One M_M.
If you want to make the sharpened part more round, loop select the edge and copy & paste it. This will tell you how many points you need. Create a circle using the circle from diameter with the desired number of points, then use the ruled surface tool to bridge the 2 curves.
Thank you.
I thought about this.....
Perhaps another way is to change profile with the addition of strings (archi).
.....non so.....

Here is the "complete" outfit of the Night Warrior. The jacket (with armor plates), shin guards, boots, and gauntlet were all made in Hexagon 2.5, and rigged in Daz Studio 4.0. The claw blades on the gauntlet even extend and retract.
Nice work Tramp. You made it. :)
Hello friends
A little work....
Bye bye
Excellent modelling M_M :)
Thank you very much "WDJ".
You can enter the model here in the forum?
How?
Grazie.

M_M_Italy - If you want to make something a freebie there are a few sites but the one which jumps to mind is ShareCG -
http://www.sharecg.com/index.php
You can then post a link to it here or in the Freepository - http://www.daz3d.com/forums/categories/41/
Ciao "W.D.J".
You can not insert the file directly here on the site?
I do not want to sign up to other sites.
One or two are more than enough for me......
I'm very sorry.
Nice Glass effect M_M :)
At the moment I'm keeping myself busy by doing a WIP room, this is one of those projects which can last a while as I fill the room with loads of props.
I made a 3 wheel thingie, but I'm playing with Hexagon for only 2 months.
Thank you.
I wish you a good job.
Congratulations on your commitment and your work with Lux Render.

Un buon inizio.
Benvenuto nel forum of Hexagon.

Nice one Enso, looks like you are getting the hang of this 3D fun :)
Thank you.
I wish you a good job.
Congratulations on your commitment and your work with Lux Render.

Personally I use Daz Studio to render, as it is free at the moment you may want to give it a try.
Modeling wise it has an advantage in that the Daz/Hex bridge allows you to morph your props. And when (when rather than if, coz we all try it at some point) you come to making clothes the Transfer Utility Tool makes it a lot easier

Hello Hexagoners
Lately I have turned Hexagon into a little florists workshop so that I could custom build this model of a New Zealand flax plant for Bryce, I enjoyed it a lot, it was an exercise mainly in understanding how Bryce materials work. This one has only procedural materials.
It is on the Bryce forum and you may download it there if you want, I would like to make some more plants and appreciate any feedback, it helps a lot thanks.
A plant model.. in Bryce Talk...
I really like your flax plant, nice piece of modeling/texture work.
Very well done - thanks for sharing:)
Thank you chaps
I am having a go at a New Zealand Toetoe plant , similar to Pampas grass, it is a tricky little bush :)
Catamarano.
Piccolo e velocissimo divertimento.
Bye bye.
I was wondering were this tread went...:red:
So here's something I'm working on. It's a request for a Poser Prop.
Bye bye.
Really nice one m_m. :) Smooth looking.
Thanks Ghost.
I would really like to learn to manage the rounded shapes.
Good summer.
