el loco loco Excel countif() syntax making me cwayyyzeee.
i got a very basic countif working.
can't get countifs() to work.
so basically, compare the number in cell A3 and search colB on sheet2 for matching numbers and count the instance.
so far so good.
now, i want it to count cells <>blank in sheet2ColL for rows where cell A3 matches sheet2cell:B2.

Bones vs morphs for facial expressions is a contentious debate, weight mapping should solve at least some of the problems the poserverse has with bones and bending so maybe it might be time to think about re-rigging models to take advantage of that.
Swimming made me tired this week otherwise I might not have slept at all from too much coffee :)

...Portland (Oregon) can't be far behind. We are "honoured" to be among the cities with the highest average rents in the nation here (900USD). Meanwhile, the region is still lagging terribly behind in economic recovery.
Many employers have left the state, wooed by tax incentives offered by other states and/or chased out by regressive tax codes here. Pretty much most of the workforce is in minimum wage/low paying service occupations yet rents have been steadily increasing (lately it seems more in jumps of 100 - 200$ after a previous tenant moves out), again as I mentioned, due to all the focus on upscale development and gentrification.
There used to be rent control here, but no more.
Portland is trying to put on a "pretty face for the rest of the nation and world at the expense of it's hardest working citizens.

apparently rents around here start at around 3K/month for houses and 1.5K/Month for apartments. Wow that's a lot.
...egads, I'd end up living in the outback at those prices.
