Ok. Using whatever method you would find to be easier, maybe a check box, border color, etc. I colored the price of the product in my example. In the attached image, I have changed the color of four products. One of them is at the top cut off to show only the price. The filter I used was to show all PC+ items.

Let's say I have 'Autumn Chic Outfit for Genesis 3 Female(s)'. The product 'Fall Fashion' price is colored green.

Let's say I have 'Sleek Chic for Genesis 3 Female(s)'. The product 'Super Chic' price is colored green.

Let's say I do not have 'Deco Lobby'. The product 'Deco Lobby Addon' price is colored red.

Lets say I do not have 'Moonshine's Diner'. The product 'Zombie Poses for Moonshine Diner' price is colored red. (THis one is at the top cut off.)

Sometimes I don't remember if I have bought an item before or not and so I miss out on the little extra that may be deveoped for it later. In the last 8 days, I bought 6 Pro bundles. Funny thing is, I only remember the characters of those bundles. But, I would like to collect all the extras for the stuff that came with those bundles. Its nice to see if you own an item by clicking on the product and it shows what items are required, and if you own it, along with any additional content for that item at the bottom. But, you have to be looking at that specific item to see that info. Normally I would pass over this stuff in the shop because I may not be interested in it at the time, But If I knew I owned the base product, I would at least tag it.  I think it would be nice if the add-on product for stuff I already own has a 'Look at me! You own my base product!' flag!

I also wanted to mention I added a second request in the picture. Besides the shopping cart, I placed an icon for 'wishlist'. Most of the time I can look at the 'shop' and know whether I want an item or not. Being able to click on 'wishlist' here avoids having to click on product, click on wishlist, and returning back to the 'shop page'. I know I am needy@ See what you have created!!! I love the DAZ-DEALS extension!

    Thanks!

This just in! Version 2.1.3 (same as 2.1.1 + Opera tweaks...) is up on the Opera Add-ons site!

    https://addons.opera.com/en/extensions/details/daz-deals/

Now that we're through their flaming hoops, we'll try and get all the browsers back in sync update-wise.

    Thanks for your patience, all!

Just wanted to say thanks to you guys for your hard work. Also for the fact that I went from t-bones and whiskey to baloney sanddwiches and generic beer to afford my DAZ habit. Thanks! wink

Okay, I see what you mean. At some point I wanted the exact opposite: to be able to list the base products that I don't have for the add-ons that I do have.

Actually, there's one more thing that kind of bothers me. There's the "Add-ons" section for products, however if you already have the add-ons, it doesn't list anything there.

So yeah, this can be done, and can turn into a bigger feature.

We'll get the ones that are already done out for you guys, and then we'll add some more neat features. This is a nice one, thank you for the request.

I also wanted to mention I added a second request in the picture. Besides the shopping cart, I placed an icon for 'wishlist'. Most of the time I can look at the 'shop' and know whether I want an item or not. If I remember correctly, I actually have a separate script for this, but it didn't look quite right in ÍFirefox so I didn't mess with it much. I'll see if we can improve upon that and include it in the add-on.

I agree with you! I have several add-ons my self and forget to look for the base products! Great! I look forward to seeing the updated version. Again, thanks for  your time and efforts!

Fantastic! Thank you so much! Looking forward to the gallery/forum links. Does it still need time to update on Opera's side? Asking because I'm not seeing the gallery/forum links on the product page.

The latest version is showing 2.1.3 in Manage Extensions, and the gallery options are in the Options page, but the 2.1.1 version is still listed as the latest in the "What's New" section. I cleared my cache, removed the extension, added it back in, and refreshed the browser multiple times but I'm not seeing the latest changes. I also logged out of Daz and back in again.

Ati, is it at all possible to do a "exclude PC" in those checkboxes? Often when there is a sale, I want to NOT see the PC items as they are usually the same price as normal for us PC members...and I'd really love to be able to exclude them from the listings for sale pages and also when I am searching the DO's.

Not a complete solution, but the the PlatClub coupon is not good on PC+ items, so you can use that link to filter out the PC+ from the DOs. Of course, it filters out the PA products, too. But it's something.

Okay, I just tried it with the latest version of Opera, and this recommendation doesn't get it to work. The very thing they required from us actually breaks it in that browser. Later, in another life... I mean, other version... :-/

No worries! You followed their instructions. Not your fault Opera doesn't know Opera! laugh

I had a quick exchange of information with @Overdrawn, and we have a quick fix for this. He might push out that fix soon. (Just for Opera.) Of course, it will take a few days to go through the proper channels again. Once we have a working version for all browsers, the plan is to finally add the new features. :) It's been so long I don't even know what's new anymore. :)))

Just now looked at Khory's Scintillant Portrait Lights for Iray and noticed that the commercial thread (which has 5 pages of posts) is not listed among the forum links in Chrome. I only know this because I asked questions in that forum that I wanted to refer back to!

I love the forum/gallery links that your extension gives us! Such a timesaver! :)

those links are one of my favourite parts! helps me see the product in action (I've been burned by store promos before) and the forum links to see if anyone has trouble with it or if it's easy to use etc. I LOVE that feature.

Thank you, I added this commercial thread to the product.

PAs: to add your commercial thread automatically, please include a link to your product in the thread's opening post. That's a good idea anyway, so people can just click on it, and get to the store to buy it. If, for any reason, you don't want that, but still want the thread to be linked to the product, just let me know.

Thank you @Ati for adding it to the top of the list. Makes it much easier to find! yes

Threads that are about a given item are by default at the top of the list, above individual posts that are about it. Even further ordering is possible, so if any official threads are missing, or are not listed at the top, just let me know.

Sorry for the massive amount of new-sale alerts, guys. Daz keeps changing the main slideshow 2-3 times per hour. sad

I was wondering where the hiccup was.  Thanks for the heads up.

I just implemented a very quick workaround to stop the notifier from responding to these types of changes. We'll soon see if this is enough.

Two versions of the promo slider still seem to be alternating, and I seriously doubt that there's someone sitting at Daz clicking buttons to do this. I'm guessing this is a cloudflare issue -- we haven't seen one of those in a while.

Just bought BOSS lights and it could benefit by including the commercial thread in the forum links, when you get the chance. smiley

I'm still getting two different promo slides, so until the cloudflare servers get back in sync, I have turned off the new sale notifications. This means that you won't get notifications of any new sales starting later today, or of the new daily sale starting at Daz midnight. I'm hoping that the midnight changes will sync all servers, and they will all serve the same webpages again, so we can get back to our regular schedule.

You may have noticed that the "Best prices in 1 year" notifications recently came to life. Yes, that's right, we've hit the first year anniversary!

    Congratulations, @Overdrawn :)

And thank you all for your support throughout the past year. More exciting stuff coming soon, now that we've finally pushed through the Opera blockade. :)

(In case anyone is interested, there have been 2,209,078 price changes over the past one year. :))

In other news: Opera has approved version 2.1.4, which is the same as the current version for all other browsers, with the addition that Opera now let it through, and it works. Please let us know if it doesn't... :)

@Overdrawn deserves at least half of the thanks, if not more! :)

He was the one who created an actual addon. I started everything as separate userscripts and separate email signups. Even though there are still a few specific userscripts that are not imported into the addon, we pretty quickly teamed up to provide you guys with one easy solution, and brought most of my stuff into it as well.
