Hansmar - thank you. Your new city terrain looks very cool, too. I can see a futuristic city just looking up in the sky. Though I like the previous one more, this one is also excellent.
adbc - thank you.
Jay - thank you.
Tree terrains made from MOLA (Mars Orbiter Laser Altimeter) data. The buildings are Martian Colonial Cities by Hermino Nieves, with a rusy material and lighting from the Golden_Enh HDRI and the sun.
Horo - an outstanding render Hills and Lake, the lighting perfect. Beautiful render, it's awesome. one day we will have settlements in Mar.
Hansmar - thanks, I already have another render using this object and the AlienRoom Hdri in my Pinterest account, this was an experiment at rendering glass. I think I need to use a simpler model. Nice abstract render again, I like the colors.
Jay - thanks
Jamahoney : thank you.
Horo : Mars... maybe the future, who knows ..., awesome render.
mermaid - thank you.
adbc - thank you.
Adbc: Thanks. Texture created from some defaults that I heavily modified.
Jay: Thank you. Would be a nice idea indeed. Or I’m thinking of a guy on motorcycle appearing to race of the platform. Maybe I’ll try that.
Horo: Thanks. I agree that the more abstract one is more exciting. This is just very different. And very nice Mars landscape render you made.
Mermaid: Now, don’t give up on this kind of model. Just play with textures and lights to see what more you can show. I really like the reflection and wonder what a more colourful render would do.
I used an older scene to rerender. (It is on the galleries). Used M45 (Mhinea Dumitru) and Warhead (Philip Drawbrige) as well as the robot Brainstem (from Poser). A cracked earth terrain and some procedural textures. And a StructureSynth object in the back (the tower). I think I like this version better than the original.
Hansmar : very cool scene, the tower is very futuristic and the sky has very beautiful colours.
Hansmar - I discovered your Through The Gap only this morning (missed it before). Now I look at the new one here. I find both very interesting. The first is more dramatic and in this one the colours are different and the small human is an interesting detail.
Hansmar – lovely scene, nice atmosphere
A simple sunset render
adbc, Horo, Mermaid: Thank you.
Mermaid: Maybe it is a simple sunset, but it is very beautiful. Good use of the boat and the birds and lovely seawater.
mermaid - yes, it's a simple sunset but simplicity does not necessarily mean cheap. I like what you did here with the birds and boat very much and the sunset just fits.
The MOLA's use, Horo, me thinks put in another perspective (Mars seems to be the 'kiddy' planet these days).
Hansmar...love the colours.
Mermaid...gorgeous setting.
Jay
Thanks Hansmar, Horo and Jay
mermaid : Absolutely beautiful, peaceful scene, makes me dream.
Jay - thank you.
Double stacked terrain and an HDRI mixed with the sky and haze.
Wow Horo a superb render, awesome lighting and material.
@Horo, really nice looking scene :)
mermaid and Tim82 - thank you.
Horo : Outstanding image, awesome sky and texture on the terrain.
Thanks Adbc
adbc - thank you.
Jay: Thanks
Horo: Another very fine mountain render. Lovely sky.
Hansmar - thank you.
Two terrains from the underside (one in the distance) and the same terrain but flattened as water.
Horo – beautiful render, I like the idea of an overhanging terrain. Nice addition of the lighthouse.
Two stills using Wings 3D objects and the Hdri’s from Golden Lighting. The material is the same for both objects.
mermaid - thank you. Two beautiful renders from you. The first object looks quite elaborate and is superbly lit. The second looks simpler but how it is presented makes it look like a golden ornament.
Thanks Horo
Congrats to Electro-Elvis and Horo for making the “Top Recent Images” list at the DAZ3D galleries.
A little late (well a lot late), but many thanks for the comments on my last image,Special thanks to Hansmar for pointing out the noise in the image. Not sure what haooeped becayse I overwrote the smaller Bryce file. I re-rendered, making sure of the reader settings and the noise appears to ve gone. Loaded it to my gallery gallery
Horo: Very original view and very well rendered too!
Mermaid: lovely ornamental renders. I like them both, but prefer the colours in the second one.
I made a relatively simple landscape. Originally the tree was supposed to be the crazy location for the Madness, but with so many people in the scene, I could not merge it with the landscape. So I decided to make it like this.
I usually do not use depth of field, but this helped now to bring out the falcon a bit better.
And I had experimented with intercepting symetrical lattices. They created the stones flying over the planet here. There are two odd world items by MatCreator.
Horo : very cool image, the overhanging terrain looks great.
mermaid : Vibrant colours on the objects and backgrounds, like them both.
Hansmar : Excellent landscape with the falcon. The experiment with the symmetrical lattices is impressive.
Hansmar - thanks, cool landscape and nice experiment with the lattices,
Adbc - thanks
