It's definitely not Polish. Could be some sort of "medieval" English actually "enhanced" by the accent - listen how many "the"-sounds are there, I don't know of any other language to use this sound as often as English does it.
Polish will have loads of "sh" and "ch" type sounds, vowels somewhat similar to Spanish, and the "r" sound is harder than in Spanish. Check out the songs from that old Polish TV show and from the first game:

No idea if you're into extreme metal at all, but in case you are, the leading Polish metal export Vader had a Witcher-themed song in English, and the official video also used the animation based on the first Witcher story by pan Sapek, the same (freaking amazing) animation that opened the first TW game.

i haz 3 points in axii puppet i'm not using axii in battle much, could put thos in whirl, only have 1 in whirl right now.
i have 2 pints in undying, seen it work only once, the lvl 30 cyclops blocking the road north on the east coast in skellige, and it didnt save me.
ended up rolling passed him, was a place of power there, luckily was above where the cyclops was sleeping, didnt have to defeat it after all.
axii is extrexemely useful with certain dialog options in certain quests; can save you a lot of money, time, puzzling, persuading unwilling characters and/or help you avoid a tough fight..........
did my 1st game capture but my mic was too low >.< cant hear me at all dunno what hapopened did do a short test record, thought volume was okay.

maxed out whirl. whee. went on the road to fight to some bandits and practice.
1 pt in Rend. helped with the chort. somewhere picked up another lesser red mutagen.
monster thingee in Tedoras dropped a lesser red mutagen, think was a Devourer
visited a couple times via fast travel, they respawned. only dropped the 1 so far.

3 lesser red mutagens away from my 2nd greater mutagen.
the greater red in character screen with 3 red tiles, giving me a 40% attack boost.
a nother greater red will give 80% total attack power.
took 1 green tile adds poison percents chance to my weapons.
the last mutagen boos slot opens at lvl 28 iirc. a ways to go.
when i'm lvl 40 will prolly go for the blood & wine expansion.

What's the advised starting level again for B&W? 34? That's about it's level, but better make sure you're over that level.... It's a tough one..... (some 'Northern Wind bombs may come in handy, preferably the superior type

My battle with Golyat. There was some sort of glitch with the game, as the northern wind bombs didn't do what they're supposed to do in this fight....
But dodging around got the job done (and some use of potions and oil of course).
