Thank you for the additional informations :) , just ordered it 2 mn ago, so I'll test it on A4/S4 petite proportionned chars to see what happens. Usually figure hairs are harder than props to fit in this situation, but I've noticed these figure hairs can sometimes be resized/moved, by selecting either hip or body in Poser.
By the way, when watching promo pics again before ordering, I thought the sole on sandals could perhaps be hidden in material room, to make them look more like 'foot-jewels' ? Gonna try this :) . Thanks again.

As far as the hair in Poser goes if you make sure you check the 'include scales when conforming' box in the properties tab it scales nice and smooth (at least for me it has) :D

I will say it does have an A4 fit.... I put it in coz one of my testers likes Aiko, and wanted to be able to use it with her. As for S4, it should work well using adjustments for her. The only one it most likely won't fit is the girl. Since the head is so large on her, it would have stretched the mesh far too much for that (but someone may be able to get it to fit her, using adj mors.... not sure on that tho)
And yep, the upper sole can be hidden, so only the jewels remain. I didn't add that particular utility mat in, but it can be done ;)

and i sure hope I spelled her name right in this one! Swiped the title from one of the texture sets in the Guardians of the Dead add on. :D
Thanks for the tip Laschae, I did read something about it on Renderosity forums last week I think, will try it (usually I rely on Shaderworks's Library Manager 2 to do that, with the 'conform and magnets' option, but it doesn't work on every clothes/hair).
Thanks again IgnisSerpentus, yes I don't care a lot about G4 morphs as I almost never use it, most important were A4, and S4 proportions, to me.

Yes, that's good advice too. And also goes for the clothing as well, if you need to scale it.
Here is the results of my quick tests :) , hair and outfit conformed quite nicely here on A4, with S4 proportions dialed at about 250.
ps : I know Emiko doesn't exactly look Egyptian.. just testing new downloads.

K so its been awhile since we did a contest. But Im not doing a render contest.... oh no. :evil grin: We're gonna do trivia.
As you may or may not know, I studied Egypt for a very long time. So this is what the trivia is going to be based on. Each round is going to get increasingly more difficult.... so better get your thinking caps on :D
First person to answer the round correct is going to win both of my new sets. Or if you already bought them, Ill give you a choice of something from my store.

I'm passing through the party thread to say how much I have really enjoyed all the renders. Absolutely stunning work, all of you.
Very beautiful set Iggy! The poses in particular fill a big need in my runtime and the outfit has tremendous mix-n-match potential with the Queen of the Nile. I'd also love to see a giant scarab that our peeps could ride upon as Dire Bunny suggests. Picture the scarab/shrieker/wasp death match. :lol:
I don't know if I'll be able to get a render for you, but I'll definately be checking back to look at the pretty pictures.

As a fellow Egyptophile--yes, very game! :D And in the meantime, just a little sketch render with Serpent Goddess and the Isis textures, Flipmode's Eternal Sands, and Jack Tomalin's King's Pass. Oh, and the horned crown from Pharaohs of the Sun with Bagginsbill's gold shader applied and the hair made invisible. And Sakkara textures with PDEyes and EZSkin 2. Unusual for me, there's no postwork--but this was really just a test render. ;)
Gorgeous renders you guys!!! WOW, I never thought to do an Akasha styled render with it.... that is KILLER! And Zaarin, I love your render too... that Sakkara character is very striking (and hehe Isis is prolly my fave tex out of the bunch)

The rules.... you can use your googlefu.... but this is a game of speed, so you have to be quick. Knowing stuff off the cuff can be the difference between winning and losing. No offence IgnisSerpentus, but I think you've surestimated the average knowledge of ancient Egypt most people do have :) (...and this is just round one lol). Personally I like history, knows a few about some times especially (mostly French revolution, Empire, etc), but here I couldn't even take part to the contest...
