Pretty much, yes. When the host allows M3 or V3 Morphs and Maps as "no count" items, Aiko 3 gets left out in the cold... and Hiro 3 doesn't. (It's sexist, is what it is. ;-) )

ANNOUNCEMENT
There has been a minor rule adjustment in regards to postwork.
From now on anyone with limited computer resources (limited memory; older computer system) is allowed to render parts of their scene and composite them to create their final image with the following conditions:
1. It must be noted in the post the the image is a composite image.
2. The original images cannot be modified during the compositing (no adjusting of the brightness; no blurring, no sharpening).
3. Only the original images can be used to create the composite image. This means you cannot add a background image during the compositiong. One of the original renders must contain the background.
We ask that this be done only when necessary to create your scene and not just to cram more stuff into your render.
This has been decided by the majority of the Freebie Challenge ETOs.

All the links check out, so I'm happy to say that your entry is accepted! This is a really nice one. A beautiful, everyday "slice-of-life" piece that I find utterly charming! And I'm with you...forget the media, look to real life!
At long last...my first entry in quite a while, and after this it may be another while. Struggles!
Thankfully, a ruling was made that allows composite images. The whole scene was done with one UberArea light plane, as the ceiling (not shown) to simulate soft bounced lighting. I used a second UberArea light plane with an image attached to simulate a TV screen glowing onto the scene. My computer said...NO! NO! NO! And it crashed, and the textures went all crazy. So I saved the main character to a new scene and just rendered him with the TV glow, which turned out kind of red-ish. Unfortunately, DS will not reflect even an ambient light on a surface unless it, too, is in the camera view. So no reflection in his glasses. Composite was done in Photoshop CS2. Attached is a screen cap of the design mode showing the simulated TV screen.
