Never took your posts any way but good! ;-)

I think some folks need to retract those long toes to avoid being stepped on. We're all just having fun here and no harm was done nor intended.

On my way to peek at that comic of yours, Paul.

Where no pixel has gone before?

Why not: where no polygon has gone before, as we are a 3D group?

Hmm! Interesting color scheme on Righteous Indignation!

Along with the Red Dwarf painted ships, one can only wonder how such would've played out in the old show--if each ship had their own unique paint designs (of couse, I'm aware of why it wasn't done--no $$$ for extra ship models).

As anyone come across any of the Vulcan ships from the ENT era? I've searched the list and few of the model websites that I'm aware of. Closest I came was a google sketch-up model but cant download it at the moment (@ work) to see if it's decent. Thanks!

Did anyone else get this little ship? It could be a good short range personal transport, emergency vessel or worker bee.

I grabbed it as well and never thought of it that way, but you have a great idea there! that looks great in the role of a worker bee or maybe a one person escape vehicle

the little panels on the sides in front expand out for guns, but with some creativity they could be used for tools

I would say that with a little skill and imagination you could fit a pair of manipulator arms there and have a more specialized worker bee set up as well.

The warp cone is a simple but nifty idea.

I tried it with a personal model, one I sculpted in TrueSpace maybe 13 years ago that Little Dragon later optimized for Poser (long before I had learned a lot of the 4th edition's quirks). I applied a bit of orange to the ambient channel to suggest a "red shift".

One can, in theory, apply other patterns to suggest "wormholes", "slip-streams", etc.

    Sincerely,

    Bill

You know, it's a bit unnerving how suggestive those titles suddenly become when you change out the words like we've been doing.... :)

Bluto -- Sorry it's taken so long, but here's my attempt at a texture re-creating this costume sketch you found. If you think this is close enough, I'll pack it up and post it.

I may have been watching too many WWII movies lately, but to me, my version somehow looks like an Wehrmacht uniform...

    It does, doesn't it?

I like it. If you release it, I suspect I can find a use for it...

Can you give me a little more info or a better idea on exactly what you are looking for? I know 3-D-C has a couple for free ones over at ShareCG that might fit the bill, but if they don't let me know.

Another version of the Dwarf. Keep in mind, the Dwarf was launched 10 years after Nemesis, I'm doing a sorta ST Online mentality for my own stuff.

A Crewman is hurt, can't breath on thier own. McCoy has to put them on a portatble respirator till he can get them to Sickbay.

 /facepalm Not quite what I meant but it helps, Are you looking for something that is self contained, has cansisters or a hose linking it to a bottle? I know that there was a freebie that one of the regulars on the trek forum from the old site that made a mask that may work for what you are wanting. Can't remember who did it I am wanting to say maybe Catherine or Bluto. If you like I can upload an image of it later if I can find it for you.

This might be close to what you mean. Just needs the hose and maybe the oxygen tanks.

That was the mask I was thinking of. Sorry David I gave the wrong info on who made it. Great piece of work!

It's the collar, that's what it is. I very much like the design.
