Just ordered something from Amazon (Japan). Will see how this turns out. If all goes well, I might grab a few more of the comics in this series.

    Neh, I get bored at or around step 700 - 900. And that's when I get sloppy and impatient - rushing the image and making mistakes ^^;
I get 'frustrated' and upset and stuff within the first few steps... Boredom is often what makes me draw in the first place!

...things beginning to finally look up for us here slowly after nearly two weeks of ick and poo weather. Not quite Margarita weather yet until about mid week next week.

Supposed to make it back into the mid 70s by tomorrow.

Brrrr! It's current 92f outside at 3:31pm. 90s all weekend! Time to locate the sunscreen...

KInda cool and soggy after 24 hours of rain. River is running high and fast, lots of debris and foot bridges are being washed away across town. I love water so happy happy happy happy happy happy happy happy happy happy happy :)

The cool part is nice, the soggy flooded part is NOT!!! (aaaah emote)

    Don't wash away!!!

Urgh - slept 12 hours last night! Accckkk!!! Wakey now though, eating sausages with cheese dipped in A1 steak sauce!

Installing my new Genesis Gen4 morphs, the diner, and various other tidbits today. I need to spend some quality time this weekend with the Genesis stuff and SSS, I have an evil plan (eheh heh) and I just need to decide if it's the Right Thing To Do(tm).

Going to hit 99f today, so I'm likely to hide indoors from the Big Bright Thing(tm) unless I get a serious craving for bbq. Only 90f tomorrow so I might go out for Chinese or Indian. Turns out at the major transit stop up the road there's a HUGE shopping center hiding behind a forest of trees! Must explore...

    Back to eating and installing!

If Cloudflare were cotton candy, all these issues would make sense as cotton candy melts in water...!

One cup of coffee and 3 sausages later, all my new content is installed! Gen4 shapes,Gen3 shapes, muscle morphs for Genesis, the diner, SSS toolkit, and *blush* the Manticore I've wanted for ages! (grin)

Still a huge wishlist, but getting there! Mostly DS shaders and some fancy buildings and monsters for Argentum Noctis (heh).

Going to grab a diet Dr. Pepper now, hit YouTube, and start watching Genesis videos. The more I fiddle with Genesis, the more I like it! I can get really unique characters fairly easily, although clothing seems hit-and-miss.. no surprise there.

I need to see if I can get my V3 nun outfit on Genesis V3 shape! Hee hee! (evil emote)

I found the perfect laptop - quad core i7,, benchmarks twice as fast as my i5 system, takes 16GBof RAM.. but it's $1800! (gasp emote) Looks like no new lappy for me until December. It'll be a Christmas present to myself!

    Back to tutorials!

Ok, why didn't I know about the smoothing/collision feature in DS4?!?!? No more hacking with magnets and hiding body parts to get poke-through fixed! And you can smooth portions of the base mesh as well!! (bug-eyed emote)

I can see there's a lot here for me to learn. Definitely not just a dress-a-doll toy any more! (bug-eyed emote)

Too much to learn.. head exploding.. (ahhh emote)

There are no smileys, but this sums it up nicely.

...that pretty much describes my mood yesterday.

Was up most of Thursday night as part of my story kept banging around in my head and wouldn't let me sleep. Was in a fog most of Friday. Went to the hotspot to do my cyber job search then DL the new hair bundle I got at Rendo, finally managed to DL the .trx zip for Mean Streets (took about 2 hrs total even with the improved bandwidth because of the file size: over 210MB), and updated LuxRender

Did a quick food/lotto run then napped until the evening, got up listened to music, went back to bed. Feel a lot more attentive today.

...thought about the Diner Bundle as it is on Fastgrab, but noticed I actually didn't have the Iconic shapes (which is most likely why most of my H4 clothing doesn't like to autofit very well). So will get that for now. Besides, a 1950s styled diner doesn't work as well in a scene set 100 years later (have both Feng's Noodle Shop and Razor Rider's Diner 2500

I've have to say that sitting down and watching all the DS4 tutes I can find on YouTube has been a rather enlightening experience! The dang thing has a lot more power than is obvious on first glace. (shocked emote)

I'm impressed, with DS 4.6 and Genesis both. Def worth the time and investment to switch over... le sigh.

...not yet, the draw is tonight. 15.4$ million. That's a lot of zlotys. Never do the Powerball as it is only one line for 2$ whereas the Megabucks gives two two lines for 1$. An infinitesimal increase in the odds but still the fact you don't have to be photographed and have your name splattered all over the media for everyone to see is a real plus.

With Powerball and Mega Millions you may as well plan to get a bank account with a secret number and a complete identity change, not so much for ditching taxes (the Swiss banks allow the IRS and other tax agencies/ministries to assess taxes on accounts of overseas depositors anyway) as for ditching scammers, those who suddenly decide you are their "bestest friend in all the world", and family members/relatives who wouldn't give you so much as the time of day when you needed help.
