Complaint: I've been awake since 1:30 a.m. I did not want to be awake. Sleepy now, so I'll wake up late. I didn't want to do that, either.
There are no smileys, but this sums it up nicely.

...that pretty much describes my mood yesterday.

Was up most of Thursday night as part of my story kept banging around in my head and wouldn't let me sleep. Was in a fog most of Friday. Went to the hotspot to do my cyber job search then DL the new hair bundle I got at Rendo, finally managed to DL the .trx zip for Mean Streets (took about 2 hrs total even with the improved bandwidth because of the file size: over 210MB), and updated LuxRender

Did a quick food/lotto run then napped until the evening, got up listened to music, went back to bed. Feel a lot more attentive today.

    did yoo win lotto?
...not yet, the draw is tonight. 15.4$ million. That's a lot of zlotys. Never do the Powerball as it is only one line for 2$ whereas the Megabucks gives two two lines for 1$. An infinitesimal increase in the odds but still the fact you don't have to be photographed and have your name splattered all over the media for everyone to see is a real plus.

With Powerball and Mega Millions you may as well plan to get a bank account with a secret number and a complete identity change, not so much for ditching taxes (the Swiss banks allow the IRS and other tax agencies/ministries to assess taxes on accounts of overseas depositors anyway) as for ditching scammers, those who suddenly decide you are their "bestest friend in all the world", and family members/relatives who wouldn't give you so much as the time of day when you needed help.

airline security won't let those relatives in first class. :) wave to them on the docks from our yachts tee hee

of course everyone here is invited. naming my yacht "the complaint"

...If I get one have to steal the name from my one of my favourite off beat Peter Sellers films, "The Magic Christian"

In my story that is the name of Lady Meggan Grande's yacht which looks something like this:

Thats no yacht... thats a really pretty Destroyer. Seriously thats pretty big... over a certain size they should be prohibited from being called yachts... maybe personal cruise liners or Ostentatious Ocean Going Ego Statements... I dunno, seems like pirate bait to me.

Bah! The weather is annoying crap out of me. First it is too hot to sleep, and then, after the temperature drops down to manageable levels, I get only couple of hours of sleep...

    Heh. I suppose I am. :)

Of course, I was a part of DAZ before they established memberships and forum and the like. So my real 10th year may have already passed.

So I was playing Halo 4 last night, and gave up after a few games because of some extreme lag I was experiencing. I found out later it was literally my connection that was to blame, as FA and DA and pretty much every other site was taking 30 - 90 seconds to refresh and load. While that's natural for FA for me, it shouldn't be doing that on Amazon, Gamefaqs, and Cornucopia3D all at the same time. Plus 520kb files were taking 3 to 5 minutes to download. Yeah.

Anyway, I shut the xbox off in the middle of a Team Slayer match (Which was already going pretty badly. 380 points to 20 points.) and just played Heroes of Might and Magic 3 on my laptop until work, then went to bed when I got off shift. I woke up around 5:30PM and switched on the xbox (My connection was a bit better by now. I live in the rural country deep in the hills, so a stable connection is pretty much unheard of) only for the game to lock up around the Microsfot/343 screen then quit to the dashboard with a message saying the disc couldn't be read. Crap.

So I took it out to wipe it off and noticed this biiiiig scratch on it that looped around the disk and almost made a complete spiral. Noooooooooooooooo!!!!
No amount of wiping is gonna remove that. (Though I did try anyway and the game makes it halfway through the 343 screen before crashing now, where before it'd always crash at the Microsoft screen) Even better, one of the guys at the grouphome I work at ran off with the copy of Halo 4 they had over there, so now I don't even have a replacement disc ><

Gonna have to buy a new one, and it'll be some time before I can come back =/

*edit* Also what I think is BS is that the Weapon Commendations are judged by "weapon availability" and not weapon power. 1,500+ Kills with the Plasma Pistol to master it!? Good grief has ANYONE at 343 tried killing someone with that in a BTB game? Anyone at all!? Just attempting it will reduce most player's K/D ratio by at least 500 ><

That's what I like about Kansas, where I purchase all of my lottery tickets, you can remain anonymous.
    Nobody needs to know nothing.
I think there is a thread about that somewhere, that is knowing nothing.

ONE BIG NONE COMPLAINT! ALL, yep all, DS4.6 content uninstalled, DIM 100% Clean and ready for reinstall, CMS picked over and NOTHING left even in Appdata, Registry eateries POOFED!, and Hard Drive Defragged (not really needed but done away), System Ghosted for that JUST in case reason. Think I'm as ready as I can get for a CLEAN DAZ Studio 4.6 full install only. I plan to Category each and every item of content to my method of use from this point forward and only let DS4.6 see a perfect single content folder from this day forward. Lot's to do but the end will be so worth it.

I can not believe I'm this happy when I have so much work ahead of me before I can get back to my projects.

...there is no weaponry, well, at least none that is visible. ; )

...then again, not many have access to Her Grace's "other" wine cellar (or the broom closet on the third floor in the family wing in the London Townhouse where she keeps a multi shot MPML).

...or the BAe Starhawk "executive" helicopter (which is built on the same airframe as the Royal Navy Assault version).

She really doesn't have much faith in the Lord Protector.

ETA: He started it as a joking complaint about all of the complaining threads in the commons.

Well, all modesty aside, I started the first complaint thread many DAZ forums and threads ago.

Exactly. It just amazed me how many people (then) seemed to be unhappy about something that absolutely didn't matter. They even complained about freebies. Freebies!

So one day I just threw out a post of completely ridiculous complaints. :)

It was lactoseless ice cream! (Of course, if you have milk allergy, as in, to the proteins, then it is a different story.)
