Does anyone here know if there is a way to get a password for an admin account on Windows 8? A friend whose partner passed away has an account on his computer, but she can't get to his stuff. There might be important documents, emails, photos. And since it's now hers, she needs to have admin access in order to install things.

My best friend, who passed away last year, used a Linux boot disk to do this with my computer a couple of years ago, but that's Windows XP, and I don't know if that hole still exists in the newer versions.

    I don't know how much help I can be...she's 3,000 miles away.

I guess sweetness and feeling isn't a criteria for a good pic these days.

    ....meh,

    ...and so it goes.

    why do you say that?

It would be a grim world without it. It cant just be violence and sexy women. Sure, both are popular among artists, but what's a hero to fight for, if not for whats good in the world?

To be honest, theres so much "sexy women" renders out there, that allot of them have became a blur in my memory. Theres just so much of it everywhere that its literally got to blow me away if I am to be able to remember it weeks down the track. Artistic renders of other subjects such as cute moments like your last posted artwork or a girl being lured to a zombie by fireflies, the girl performing gymnastics, a blue man with a knife, Cho and her Club, Misty's witch with the blue hat, "Forrest Folk" from the genesis character creation comp, Scott Livingston's depiction of King Henry and Queen Elizabeth, Skiriki's calender renders, Borg's man creeping through the foyer of a moonlit house, The boy on the rooftop in the PC august challenge those are all different from the classic norm renders you see everywhere, and for me, I can picture them all in my mind as clearly as if I were looking at them now on the screen.

getting a little tired of blue-ness but the animation is two thirds done so can move on to yellower or redder scenes soon ;)

    Thank you Dana and KK!

And KK, you've inspired me to try to tell stories a bit more with my renders. Thanks for that.

...last one from the August challenge.

Another one of those ideas that hit me just before I fell asleep.

Involved a bit of kitbashing with Stefan's Faded Industry and Level 19 as well as fitting the Industrial Robot with a set of treads.

"Alright you lugnuts, break's over back to work..."

The dogs are fine. The problem is that your neighbors are lousy pet owners. The dogs should be indoors at night if they can't control the barking otherwise.

you need something to startle them when they bark. do you have a foghorn? :) to startle the owners, not the dogs. tee hee

ROFL!!! I don't even think those people are even attuned to actually hearing the dogs anymore.

It's definitely caused by that yeah, clearly, they were never trained. 12 months now and they still go off at me and family when we pass through our car port or hang the washing, or even if we're in our damn back yard. They literally barked non stop all day today. NOT ONE shout to tell them to be quiet. They had workman fitting an air conditioner, and I feel for those workmen cos the owners didn't give a rats *** about the dogs barking at them. I work nights, and am home roughly 5am and thats when the dogs start.

Why not make a formal complaint to the authorities. You have grounds for it. At least here you would.

    Dana

I'm not sure what rights we have, I do however know you can file a noise complaint to the police (But despite the awful annoyance, I feel the police have much better things to do with their time) Not only that, but, they'd know it was me, its generally me shouting at the dogs telling them to shut it. And Its came to my attention that one of the young guys my age living there is rather volatile and known for violent outbreaks, another, (I assume his brother) went to jail recently I hear. They're an odd house in a street full of retired couples.

    So in all I'm hesitant.

@ SKIRIKI (or anyone who in the know how)

Did you get the PP2 Export script to work with DS 4.6(.0.18 Pro) Every time I attempt to use export as a PP2 it fails and I get corrupt files in what was supposed to be its directories. I used to do it all the time with 4.5

I'm concerned that freebies I make as DS Supported assets (Prop asset and Material assets) will not work in poser, and I cant test it cos I dont have poser lol

I also assume AoA SSS wont work for Poser. Currently most of my props (not released) use HSS, But they are intended for DS and many of those aren't intended to release as freebies.

...same here. That took over four and a half hours to render because I used several UE mesh lights as well as a UE primary.

Is that one of mine you're using, from one of Richard's threads?
