...love these sets. I have the Kochi Castle. Really would have liked to get like the Old Japanese Town Edo but exhausted my weekly content allotment already and it's back up to regular price again.

Hopefully there'll be a catchup sale at the end of the month... (>_<)x...</p>

    Complaint Time:

Speaking of Catch Up Sales, never believe any company that says TWO week turn around time IF your item is insured and then Damaged in Shipment. I'm pushing a MONTH and I still have NO tracking information on my new PC.

    None Complaint:

I did have the extra time to buy another External HD and back up all my new content and files I've made and bought while I've waited on the so called Fast turn around.

...did the weekly grocery run and scored. Been looking for a tin of Lyle's Golden Syrup since it came up in discussion on the Pancake thread over the weekend. On the word from a local foodie blog, stopped at the natural food store down the street, and sure enough, there it was. Not a tin anymore but that's not as major a requirement as the contents are. Even though an import, still cost less: 5.99$ for about 11.6 oz vs 6.99$ for 8 oz of pure maple syrup (and that was at the big super for their "house brand").

With the cool (soon to be cold) rainy season underway, nothing like old fashioned rolled oats with a bit of butter and syrup and a cup of hot tea for brekkie.

I love pure maple syrup, as long as it's Grade A Dark Amber! But even the lesser stuff is better than things like Log Cabin. I am not so fond of oat cereals, though. For the hot stuff, I used to love Ralston...but I think they don't make that anymore, I haven't seen it in years (and believe me, I looked and looked). But I've been having Wheatena. It seems to be about the same. Nice after shoveling snow. God I hope there isn't much of that this year, though. Last year it was terrible. I've had enough for several years.

ps. damned ebots dropped me again. They just don't like me.

...I found out that Log Cabin actually actually makes a dark cane sugar syrup which includes a small percentage of "real" maple syrup as well. Lyle's is still better though.

Nice! His (her?) stuff is nice, but expensive. I got one or two things over at Renderosity, and at least one here I think.

I have Old Japanese Town Edo Vol. 3 from here. Yes, you guessed it...I've never used it. :red: From Renderosity I have Old Japanese Soba Diner, and Soba Diner's Watermill.

On the way to the library this morning, I had a fight with the sidewalk. I got really beat up.
The way to and back from the library is very hilly (maybe not mountain hilly, but hilly) there is always a part going either way that is going uphill.

Would I know it if I broke my arm? I fell on my right arm and now it is sore. I keep wanting to write that it is sour, but that is not the right word.

I want to say yes but it might actually take a while depending on how bad the break. I once had 4 hairline fractures of my ankle from jumping over a fence and landing wrong in a pair of cowboy boots. Went out with friends and even danced some that night. The next morning when I went to get out of bed I put weight on the ankle and fell to the ground screaming.

If it just hurts while you're sitting there it's probably not due to a break. Since you fell on it (I'm assuming this was your argument with the sidewalk) it could be a deep tissue bruise or even a bone bruise which may not actually show on the outside. If it is a break then touching it or putting weight on it will change the pain from sore to OH MY GOD!.

Still if the soreness continues into tomorrow it wouldn't hurt to get it checked out.

Oh, and never argue with anything with a higher relative density than you, always a loosing proposition :)
