OK, the zip should install with the textures now. If you get a "files with same name exist" type message while installing, say yes.

    Works a "treat"

Technically, you can copy the .obj file and .mtl file (in Geometries) and the .jpg texture (In Textures) out of the zip and import into another program. Here it is in Bryce.

had highs and lows and ups and downs today.

finally did something in shade mixer today :) added a marble brick to the glass shader. made shiny subdragon.

tried the scaled up k4 in the ringbearer suit. scaling the shirt didn't work well in pp12. too tired to open ds again.

a walk designer stride i made for m4 looked a normal speed in preview looked like benny hill speed when i rendered it. meh. the avi file crashed corel video x3. wasn't even sound in it yet. the main camera was drifting, couldn't find how to fix it. walking two m4's side by side, they was drifting into each other, woes, double-facepalm.

m4 is a handsome dude. simplified his diffuse to see what the bump maps were doing. he renders ffassst without imagemaps.

deleting the keyframes after frame 1 should fix camera drift. Rendering frames and compiling those into a video is the most robust way to go :>)

Matter of fact had one of my two weekly doses of Ω-3 for dinner tonight.

A truck with no driver crashed into a car at the end of my street. Nobody hurt but sure is weird to have ghost-trucks driving around the hood XD

Is it on a hill? Maybe some jerk forgot to put the parking brake on! Either that, or the driver jumped out while it was in motion. The first scenario sounds more likely, though.

Does anyone know if the monthly coupon works on the PC Anniversary Bundles? I'm looking at bundle 1, I like the Art Deco styled items. It's a deal for that price, but would be even better if I could use the coupon on it. I'd lose $.01, who cares?

On a hill yes but the truck didn't get up much speed before it hit another car, is real busy around here :>) oh and the coupon should work but I don't use them much so ymmv

...been wondering that myself as I have yet to use mine. May just get Teen Josie with it so I have a different face and body sturcture to work with and it looks like her base skin map does have a freckled complexion.

I'm wondering what the big difference is between Mental Ray and iRay. I mean, one is biased the other is unbiased so that's Big Difference #1, but I can really only afford to get one and well... Mental Ray has all these confusing options that don't make any real sense, and iRay is just an "Add object, add light, add camera, click render". Sorta.

Most Mental Ray (And iRay by extension) tutorials for MAX and such can be followed just as easily in Cinema - with but a few minor exceptions - but most tend to focus on the biased MR half. *shrugs*
Ah well. Is happy enough using the Demo for now, even if it does have a somewhat silly polygon limit on it (50,000 - and it triangulates stuff before rending apparently since I had a 48,500 or so model all alone in a scene and it claimed it was above the limit)

I guess if I don't get an answer by tomorrow afternoon, I'll just try it and see what happens. I'll let you know.

That's too much money for Teen Josie. I haven't even used the Teens for Genesis 1 yet. I can't stand this buying the same things over and over. I just started to get things for Genesis 1, now they have Genesis 2. In six months, they'll come out with Genesis 3. :-/

...well with the coupon I can get her for 10$ and change. Again gives me another face and body shape to mess with (don't have any of the other Gen characters and there probably won't be a Steph6) as well as some extra poses and the first freckled complexion I've seen.

Already have most of the Aslan Court content so no point in the PC bundle. Not much else I can really use it on as PC/Value Category items don't qualify and there's not a lot of other DO's that I need.
