Sounds wonderful being surrounded by all that. I have car alarms and rude neighbors! lol
...like Jaidrail, mine also related to a favourite RPG character. Kyoto Kid is my longest surviving character form the Shadowrun Game System who began her career almost 25 years ago in the first edition rules when Adepts were an optional character archetype first presented in an old SR supplement publication. Fell in love with the concept if a quasi mystical martial artist and as they say, "the rest is history".
The game system has changed hands three times since then and recently just saw the release of a fifth edition.
Mine is just what I wear relaxing around the house.
Only spiders I don't like are the deadly kind. I'm Australian, so trust me... we have a few. ;)
Understandable. We have BIG black widows here. Pretty but deadly!
Greetings,
I've always loved foxes, ever since I was young. No idea what drew me to it, but I just...like them. I used to own vixen.com before the recent financial meltdown left me unemployed for 9 months, with a family and a mortgage. (Selling it paid my mortgage for the full unemployment period.) I still own vulpine.com, and have a Delaware C corp named CyberFOX Software. While as CyberFOX I've got a lot of software and tech out there, I've found that my Cypherfox persona is more art/image oriented, with 3D and photography being the primary outlets. (I can't draw a stick figure the same way twice, much less do 'art'.)
I used to have Freddy the Fox, specifically this fan-freaking-tastic image as my avatar, but I could never reach the original artist to get permission. It's still my favorite fox photo ever, because it combines so much that I love, but as I was doing more and more of my own images I felt I had to stop infringing on their copyright, although I'd have happily paid for the right to use it as an avatar... No response != permission, so I stopped.
I found a really good fox on the now-defunct 9mbi site for astoundingly cheap, and decided to render my own avatar for once(!), and since shades are de rigueur for the well dressed cyber or cypher person...that's my avatar.
I'm sure I'll re-render him at some point, in a proper forest, once I've learned enough to make him even better looking...and maybe once I pick up LAMH or something like it, but I'm happy with him for now.
...and that's far more than you wanted to know. :)

Funnel-web, Mouse spider & Red back - all in the top 10. >.>
Ok, I just misread that as 'nude neighbors'. I think it's time to clean my glasses.
We don't get too many car alarms going off, just the occasional dog barking. My neighbors are pretty nice. A lot of them were here back in '69 when I moved in, so they make me still feel young.
It looks comfy. It's not the kind of thing that would look good on me, but you wear it well.
I was vandalizing a box with graffiti at work and decided that would be a cool avatar.
Mine is a drawing I made when I was in an association of comic drawers. We made our self published comic and we once decided to each draw our own avatar for our forum
The avatar is a bit of Tochirō Ōyama from captain Harlock, a bit of Batman (that you can't see because the rest is missing) and a bit of me
same here
Mine is a little polymer clay brooch I made last year.
I like all of them too - some from a distance (poisonous spiders) ...
I had a bat on my hand once when I was little, I never forgot that soft furry cuteness.
My avatar shows I have given up on resisting cute.

My avatar is 5 moose wearing tuxedos, tap dancing to águas de março. The thing is though while tap dancing they trampled Mrs. Minnifields prize winning tulips, so she is also in the avatar chasing these tap dancing moose with a rolling pin and still has curlers in her hair.
It's a bit subtle but i arranged the whole scene to resemble Leonardo da Vinci's the Last supper.
It's probably some of my finest work but no one can see any of it though 'cause that damn rabbit is in the way.
i see its all about becoming an "Imagination-muscel-Mind-Builder"
My avatar tend to change now and than :) it's either one of my ferrets or one of my renders. At the moment it is one my latest renders in small size :)
I am still quite new to Daz. My avatar is a part of one of my first really nice looking renders, where I got the light right. It will probably change if I render something else I really like. At the moment most of my renders are test renders for different things to find out settings I like or how to use things I have read about here in the forum.
My avatar is based (loosely) on the Anglo Saxon Sutton Hoo helmet, from the 7th century found in Suffolk, England. The original is now on display in the British museum (well worth a look, the replica is stunning). It's also one of the first 3D models I made :)
Mine is a peek into my personality. I'm a bit sadistic and little squirrely. And a decade ago I was fuzzy with a Mohawk haircut.
I always knew you are cute! :)
Mine is of Summer Glau as Cameron, as, when I first had DS, I was a big fan of The Sarah Connor Chronicles and was working on morphs of Summer at the time.
CHEERS!
That was just so funny! LOL!
After spending months in the forums, you get to know everyone by username. However, I have no idea who's a guy, who's a girl. Who's my age, who's not. I like to be able to put a face to who I'm talking to. Sadly, hardly anyone uses a picture of themselves. I've never been one to hide behind an avatar, so my avatar is me.
Doesn't work for me. I am always the one with the camera in my hands, so no photos of me around, well not recent ones. Do have some from 20 years or so ago, so still wouldn't be the real me. plus they are "real" photos, not digital and I can't get the drivers to make my old scanner work on this machine.

Similar situation here. There are no photos of me. I've become very good at avoiding the wrong end of a camera. I'm usually on the other end. ;-)
Although... There is one exception I am sometimes temped to use... a police mug shot from when I was around nine years old. :red:
Nooooo... Sorry to disappoint. There are no nefarious tales behind that photo... tempting as it is too make one up. My grandfather was a police detective and the mug shot was part of a police station tour he gave me at the time, after I asked about his work.
Darn rabbit. I enjoy a good tap dancing moose scene. :-/
I'm hoping the name 'Roger' will help folk realise that I'm a guy! LOL!
I've done more work with the female figures than I have the male ones though. I do like Game of Thrones a lot now and could change my avatar to something from that, what do you think!?
CHEERS!
My avatar is a bear because I've always loved teddy bears. This here is my bear Shagedelia or Shaggy for short.
