A good day from Scotland fellow Daz users! I'm wondering whether the offer of an extra 10% off gift cards when you purchase a newly mad item today (on top of the default 10% off today) has to be in cart simultaneously to apply? To clarify, can you buy a newly mad item today in one order, and then that will trigger the additional 10% if you buy the gift card as a subsequent order today? Or do you need to have a new release in your cart and add the gift card to the same cart to get the additional 10%? It's not immediately clear to me, but I'm also drinking my first coffee of the day right now so the fog might lift from my eyes at any moment...

Oh, also, the awesome Bonus Madness items today of Adele + expressions Queen of Desire + Expressions is listed for me as a Still Mad release rather than a Newly Mad. Odd, but I guess it's not a huge issue as it's listed correctly as today's Bonus Madness new release
Iana_lass, greetings from south of the wall (Hadrian's not Trump's) in my case I bought both bonus items and gift card as normally these sort of deals require everything in the cart at the same time but on this occasion it is not specifically stated as such as far as I can see, but for the price of the bonus items probably better safe than sorry.
So, have we determined that 35% is the magic number?

These were all released over two weeks ago. The initial new item discount is only for two weeks, then no discount for the rest of the 60 days while they are new. You see the 30% off because they are DOs, they should not be getting the new release discount any more.

However, Jack Tomlin's post https://www.daz3d.com/forums/discussion/comment/5487576/#Comment_5487576 is probaly the most definitive.
A few days ago I received a "secret deal" via email with three coupons in it. Apparently it's so secret that even the store doesn't know about it as the coupons don't work (much like the previous emailed coupon not long ago). Support took a day to respond with the predictable clear-cookies-login-another-browser dance which also predictably didn't help (though the previous coupon issue support handled without unnecessary round trips or delays). And now it's the weekend with no further response, so might as well ignore the rest of the "Madness" I guess.
Also right now the advertised 8 % discount on GCs doesn't appear to apply on GCs below $100. Didn't bother trying other tiers because, seriously, this is just tiresome.
The 'In Cart' price of the Banana Suit has now gone to $699.97. Was that intended?
I see a $75 GC in my cart, with nothing else, at $67.50.
All I see on a $10 Gift Card is the 10% discount for PC+ members.

Generally, catchups do last the entire weekend, and all the other MM catchups this year have done so.

So this is my first time buying a gift card for myself and not a very good experience so far. I received two separate emails with different gift card codes, neither of which work, showing $0.00 balance and not recognized in the cart.
What exactly did you do? If you click on the link in the email, the amounts are added to your store credit. You don't apply that in the cart, but rather at checkout.
@vagans, Did you click on the link in the email? That would take you to the page where you can redeem the Gift Card for store credit. If you hit the redeem button, the balance of the card would have been transferred to Store Credit. At that point, the GC would have a zero balance.
Check your store credit here, and see if the value of the card has been added to the balance.

It would have been good that when I clicked the Redeem button it actually gave any kind of feedback that it was added to store credit but I see now the email does state it's redeemed as such. I guess I was confused because I didn't know where it went and in the cart there's a Gift Card Code section.
It can be confusing the first time you buy a gift card. The only feedback you get when redeeming it for Store Credit is if there is an error. Now you know how that works, though, it shouldn't trip you up in the future.
