    Congratulations to Daz 3D for having the best April Fool's prank this year! That Banana Suit pricing scheme really made my day!

    It seems to be working for me - but the problem with using the PC coupon with free items in the cart means I won't be probably be using it, I really can't afford to spend anything at all at the moment.

    I'm so glad I read this @scorpio ! I had applied a PC coupon to my cart and only after reading this noticed it had taken the $6 from the free items, so essentially no discount. Phew! Narrowly avoided :) Thank you, as I am in the same boat that every penny has to count.

    Do you think maybe some are appearing in the Fast Grab in error rather than it being that the discount is not applying? There are a lot of new items in there today and some of them fairly new releases too, which made me wonder whether they're supposed to be in there... altough maybe Daz are being super kind and generous and discount will be fixed later :) They're certainly a v generous company!

    I apologize if this post is inappropriate. How petty would it be to submit a ticket about not getting the purple banner for owning all the victoria base models? I feel Daz is already very generous so I'm torn because I was pretty excited about grabbing a particular new release today. (It's Gutz don't judge me.) Just seems like I could probably wait on it for a day or two to see if any other sales pop up rather than whining about not being able to take advantage of this one. What are your thoughts?

    Have you checked your Messages? Onsite messages, (banners, currently Purple,) have to be in your Inbox to show up as a banner. And sometimes the message is there but the banner isn't. These messages are usually in the Exclusive Messages inside your inbox.

    Fast grab is fixed now and all of the items are still there and now discounted at 70% :) :)

    @chuverdragon, First, I don't think it's petty. If you qualify for the offer, you should be included. Second, stuff like this happens anyway, but is probably more likely with the entire staff working from home these strange days. I recommend you go ahead and file a support ticket. It certainly couldn't hurt.

    If you haven't contacted Daz support before @chuverdragon, they're all super nice :) so don't worry about that. They'll be very understanding, friendly and kind in their response I'm sure.

    I am new to this Platinum Club thing, and since Daz has given it free to everyone for now, I don't understand how this is not working...

    The code 'SIX-FOR-APRIL' sent to me in todays (April 1, 2020) does not work.

    I added (for the first time ever) the two PC freebies, and then selected two items from the Daz Originals linked from that coupon code -- I tried to apply coupon code and it failed.

    After reading here the last two pages, I deleted the two PC freebies and tried to apply the code only on the two Daz Originals, and again it failed.

    What am I doing wrong?

    You should put the two freebies in your cart and then check out. Having Freebies in the cart when trying to use a coupon is a common problem.

    The $6 coupon can then be used for Daz Originals but NOT for PC+ items. The Fork Lifts you are trying to purchase are PC+ items.

    Thank you, bobster66.  You are correct -- It looks like I have to find some non-PC Daz Originals  --  I just noticed the little PC+ tag at the top of the individual pages of the two items I was trying to get.

    Daz Original coupons typically exclude PC+ items. Also I believe that coupon code you are showing is the one for people who are NOT PC+ members. Based on those prices, you are PC+, so it's a different coupon and deals. See: https://www.daz3d.com/honorary-pc-plus-membership

    Yeah, I'm NOT a PC+ member, but everyone who is not is now an honorary member  --  This is a moot point though, due to user error  --  I used a coupon code a couple of days ago, but I thought it was from March and believed this was an all new code for April.

    I believe I already reaped the benefits of the honorary membership - I just didn't get the freebies yet, because without seeing the newsletter today, I did not know where, or what they were.

    @DaremoK3, There were two coupons. The first was good through the end of March. The second one, SIX-FOR-APRIL, is good for one use this week. Using the first coupon will not prevent you from using the second one.

    The coupon we get for DOs each month works on new releases as well as back catalog items, but they are only for "Daz Originals", and specifically exclude the PC+ Items. If you haven't used the new coupon yet, don't give up. It's only day one of the week long extension.

    I'm not understanding how the "Key Item" is supposed to work. Since I "Bought" the Banana Suit yesterday, shouldn't it give an additional 10% off Newly Mad and Artist Store items now that I own it? If this 10% is supposed to show up in the cart I'm not seeing it.

    The 10% "key item" discount is not working for the artist store items. However it seems to work with two or more items in the cart (both the 10% from key item and the 50% from buying two artist store items).

    I am seeing the discounts applied because when i do two items without the banana, I get a slightly higher price than a new plus the banana.

    the extra 10% for PC+ memebers is not working. I had an item in my cart yesterday that cost 6.11. It was discounted 10% but now its in the cart at $6.11. It shoud be $5.50
