You can check your order history to see if you checked out and have a record of purchase. Most likely the "free" price was an undefined price, and you weren't able to check out with it. If you have a receipt though, and it isn't available in your downloads, you would have to contact support.

In cart it gets the correct discount. Only on the product page it appears to be the full price.

I have seen this a couple of times in the past, but was either unable to add the item to my cart, or it showed full price in the cart....
Can someone confirm what the prices here should be? They're not what my calculations say they should be.
Here's what I'm doing:
The last two items are Still Mad DO items, and I have two of them, so they should be 50% off by default. Plus 30% off for being PC+ member as these are DO items, that's 65% already. The first item is a newly mad. That should give me another 30% on the last two, bringing the total to 75% off. But that's not what 'Im getting.
Edit: Oh, and the first item is also a key item, so that should give me another 10% off, so the end should be around 78% off, not 66% off.
This Still Mad Hair and this Still Mad Pose set are not discounting past 30%.
It seems to be the same for the other Still Mad items from yesterday, they're 30% off instead of 40%/50% for 2.
Also anyone know why the coupon for Plat Perks is not working? It was supposely for multiple uses. Items in cart are all PA items (Non Daz Originals - no fastgrabs, no PC+).
Edit: DUH! Delete me! Excludes new releases all six are new.

OK, it's April Fool's Day. It's kinda funny. But most people won't get that adding it to your cart will reduce the price to $0.00. Just sayin'...
Don't know if this is monthly or weekly, one had correct price, this one is still wrong.

It seems to be working for me - but the problem with using the PC coupon with free items in the cart means I won't be probably be using it, I really can't afford to spend anything at all at the moment.

Fast Grab items that were added today only have their normal discounts and are not discounted at 70%

Indeed. They're not discounted in the cart either. I'd be interested in one or two of them, myself.
