The hair looks better in this render than it does in the promos, where it's kind of limp looking. Did you simulate at a higher quality setting?
I actually didn't do anything...I plopped it on her head, used one of the included style presets, and hit render LOL.
Actually, I guess I can drop this here as well, as it is essentially pure Honni (other than tweaking her skin translucency from default).
I rather like her body shape (I can see using that as a basis for other characters), so I decided to do some general purpose cheesecake to welcome her to the library.

Honni 8 "out of the box" with her default settings:
Hmm Yeah, I wouldn't say it's "very small" for her body, but maybe a tad on the smaller side? She also seems to have pretty broad shoulders which would also make her head look smaller. One can always use Head Propagating Scale to increase the size if desired. :)
Here's another one of her "out of the box" except I used her Translucency Medium preset:
Not out of the box... definitely dial spins here.
I'm still fascinated by Emmeline. I think I've arrived at a good kitbash outfit, which is mostly Genesis 2 stuff (with some Genesis 8 bits on top).
Now to see if it poses adequately on Horse 2.
I think it is the wide shoulders and long neck that make her head look too small to me. Like you said, ther are morphs to adjust such things.
I liked the character straight away, as well as the bundle, but I must say that I'm liking them even more now.
Thank you for the tip, and anyone thinking of buying that, today would be a good time to pull the trigger on it.
With the today's offer and one of my August PC+ coupons, it is now sitting in my cart for USD 5.50.
I have had it in my cart for 2 days. some thing is off I got burned by a HD model last week the eyebrows are part of the texture. and no map without them.there is a map without them for this but why are we going backwards with the tech
Okay, all the fussing around with the skirt/dresses? tt's because I wanted something that works on horseback.
Probably because the fibermesh tech isn't perfect yet (it may never become the perfect solution, and just be a stopgap until an entirely different solution is developed), and sometimes painted brows (be it with or without HD morphs and normals mapping) turns out to be the better solution. There are also some artists here who made models with both painted and fibermesh eyebrows, and advice to use the two together at the same time.
I'm sure there are even artists who go as far as to hide brows from all their renders, and manually add them in post.
The outfit for Genesis 2 Female fits well Honni 8 - https://www.daz3d.com/western-swing-for-genesis-2-female-s

@Daventaki that's exqusite!
And one of Amity! Full size image in my Flickr Gallery.
Thank you! @Thyranq
They are both STUNNING Daventaki
I especially love Amity's dark side here ;-)
Ok another render of Honni 8/Amity with AprilYSH's new hair and this time I did simulate it and gave it a straiter look (both super easy to do with the presets included)
The pose and hat are also in the Pro Bundle
Awesome render!
Amity really has that certain something, doesn't she?
Really beautiful render, @JeniMorris!
Little bit late to the party, but finally bit the bullet yesterday and picked up the Honni bundle, as well as the Underbelly/Valentino bundles which I had missed the first time around. Like many others, I had already picked up the Vernea Fae outfit before, but the deal was still good. I particularly like the weapons set by Dekagon (awesome that this was in the bundle) and the dForce Ezra hair by @AprilYSH:
Lotsa fun using dForce and setting up the scene!

AWESOME scene, Greg! This is one of those scenes that makes me crazy curious as to what happens next! :D And it's gorgeous to boot. Excellent work!
WOW! Looks like a vintage potograph! Amazing scene!
Thanks, Diva - first time I've rendered in Iray for a while, so I was worried about VRAM with the environment, detailed clothing and dForce hair/clothes, but my little 6GB card did just fine ;)
- Greg
Thanks Jeni. BTW, I totally agree with you about the hair. It was my first time really playing with dForce hair. The different looks you could get by varying the params were interesting - impressive how it maintained the waviness through simulation as well.

I really like this character - she's got a nice shape to her face. (I fudged up the earrings, I know - forgot to turn them back on after I tried some dforce hair that I ended up deleting). Full size version is in the DAZ gallery here. She's got some nice details.
question which icons are for the iray options 1st or 2nd versions of each thumbnail since no menu - side note lot of the new releases over last few weeks have not been installing properly and missing files, not showing up in proper locations or missing menus
Maybe I'm up too late on too little sleep, but I can't seem to find that hat - which product did it come with?
Oh no you’re right! I'm sorry I just assumed it was in the pro bundle I guess since I installed everything all at the same time. It's actually from the everyday cowgirl that I bought with the bundle Sorry :-/
