Latest forecast takes Arthur a little closer to Massachusetts on Friday than previously predicted. If it stays on its current track, we will likely see tropical storm force winds and from 2 to 4 inches of rain...just on Friday. Of course, it's a hurricane by then, and these things wiggle around a lot, so that track could change again before then, maybe even a couple of times. Looks like we'll at least be very wet. Boston has changed the celebrations at the esplanade to Thursday night. Everyone is hustling to get things ready. One less night for the Pops to rehearse.

That's odd. I got a notice of a new post, but when I paste the link in, it goes to my account page. :-S When I hit the back button and simply refreshed the page, there was nothing new, but it didn't go to my account page.

    Hmmmmmm...

Sliced thin and fried crisp, makes a good sammich or breakfast meat. Get the low-salt version if you can find it. :)

I haven't eaten Spam since I was a kid. Don't plan to any time soon, either.

...interesting that on the bottom of the page where you have links to the "previous" and "next" thread. the one following this is about anti Spam laws.

Honestly, one small portion of Samuel's mind probably did make that very comment. But the rest of his attention is on the fact that there's this big, BIG monster and that blast came too close for comfort.

Honestly, that was one of those happy accidents that made me extremely happy. I had not expected to get a reflection but when the first test render show up with this pale round shape in the ice, I loved the effect. The very first words out of my mouth to Fiancee when I showed it to him was I can see Sam's face.

trying to touch my shoulder with my knee. can't

    :bug: big rumble

Not because of the knee/shoulder thing, hopefully. :)
ETA: By the way, I couldn't an find an image where anyone was doing that, even Yoga people or contortionists.
I have a feeling it might require a serious dislocation.

I can get my knee to touch the front of my shoulder. (just tried it) I don't think it's possible to get the knee and the top of the shoulder to meet, though.

    Dana

    Wow! Flexible.
I used to be able to touch my elbows together behind my back. Now I'm lucky if I can get them in the same room. %-P
...with my bad joints, doing anything like that would have me ending up in traction.

Just getting my right foot up on a chair to tie my shoe is almost a contortionist's challenge.
I wear a pair of Velcro™ strap shoes made for diabetics.

shoes sounds interesting, if they come in 7 1/2

OK, now I'm really confused. Dana's hair almost touched Misty's backside 42 years ago?

Funny! I was an original hippy at my high school. One of the first, if not the first. My last haircut for several years was the day before school, junior year...1969. It wasn't fun when it came to the jocks...they didn't care for long hair and bell bottoms. Well, maybe they liked them on the girls. Sometimes I wondered about that, too.

long hair on a bare back feels nice on breezie days.

I *literally* feel your guys pain on the motion thing.

I can't move my feet almost at all. the right foot toes flex a bit, the 3 toes on the left foot don't move at all. The busted left ankle has rendered my left foot into a kind of flesh prop.. it's there, it's alive, but it barely moves at all. From the ankles up both legs are in middlin' shape, I can cross my legs with some effort, and I can walk about a mile or so before things start to hurt and I need to sit.

My arms/fingers/hands/wrists/shoulders are STIFF, the fingertips are numb, but things work as well as they did 10 years ago so I'm pretty happy considering all the WORSE alternatives. Can't play guitar, but I have this uber-fancy micro music keyboard that's a semi-custom job I can use to perform music, so all is not lost!!

I'm probably good for 10 or so more years. With any luck. :-S

Getting Vicky, a sword, and etc. just for a one-shot seems a waste, unless I'm going to continue the psycho killer Vicky into a Webcomic of some kind...

well, the free moment might be over? those free tutts had props and outfit in them, but maybe they yesterday's news, too. can't keep up.

*gasp* a few of our buppies are missing. aye worries cause they adult dogs and the senior filter doesn't have anybody in it. the shelter may be no-kill, but that doesn't mean they can't transfer 'em to a shelter that does.

Peach is new. says she has special needs.

I texted Violet's picture to my cousins, just in case one of them would like to surprise me.

ah... association football. thought everyone was talking about American football. I blame the TV stations for giving more airtime to American football than soccer.

plays from scrimmage, 100 yards, touchdown, field goal...penalty flag, a safety is worth two ponts, I think. thank you sports commentators for the Baltimore ravens. :p

Ok, I now own Vicky 6.

My Renderosity account is still active, so is my RDNA account, so I have swords and temples.

Someday I'll need a Mike to slaughter. And a Stephie, and I guess an Aiko.

I have Rons Blood brushes so messy gore in post shouldn't be an issue.

    What a bother!! :ahhh:

When you start up with DS, there will be two major files that come free in your Product Library. These are the Genesis Starter Essentials and Genesis 2 Starter Essentials. These will have the Basic Male, Female and Child figures, some clothes, hair and poses, and the same for Genesis 2, except the Basic Male and Female are separate figures, just like generation 4. Enough to get your mayhem off to a good start.
