Good move, can't trust those darn bees. Although wasps are even worse.

...bees are not so bad as long as you don't antagonise them. There has been a massive bee die off over the past year where I live and it does not bode well. Also, flutterby populations are seriously down as well in the UK some species populations are down over 60% from normal numbers.

Wasps I can agree with, and Yellowjackets are the worst as they become highly aggressive the longer summer goes on. By early September they become so obnoxious that even on a nice day you end up wanting to stay inside.

One critter Noah could have left behind along with the likes of mosquitoes, fire ants, and venomous spiders.

i don't see lighting bugs in the yard like years ago.

I really should close Firefox browser when I working in Daz Studio. Firefox uses 30% of the CPU on my single core computer when it is running in the background. :gulp:

I don't normally complain about computer stuff like this but...

So earlier I got an email saying my version of Skype Desktop was being retired. I like my version of skype, so I was a bit troubled. Nothing really happened until I logged in today and it promptly logged me out saying that I had to update and it was mandatory. Blah. Now, I remember trying this update before and not liking it. I couldn't remember what exactly, but most of the friends I talk with often either use Skype or Steam for their talky talks. There's no way I'm using Steam for 'chatting', and I'm so used to Skype I can't really see myself using another IM (I'm difficult like that :B ) so update it is.

    How bad could it be?

Well, for starters the first thing it does is lag out a ton because of the several hundred thousand "recent" messages I got, across numerous contacts (Some of them had even been removed/hidden)

Second most noticeable was the ads. They can't be disabled anymore, but I managed to go into my computer's internet settings and that nuked the Banner Ads from ever coming back, but the little box one in the corner won't go away urgh.

Third was the Emoticons. They re-enabled themselves, but I got rid of them as well. They're so annoying D:

And finally, one that always messes my posts up a ton... Is the Enter/Ctrl-Enter thing. It defaults to 'Enter to send message, Ctrl-Enter for linebreak' and you can't change that anymore. I always had it set to 'Enter for linebreak, Ctrl-Enter to send'
Now that can't be changed urgh! D:<

Aside from all that, it works pretty much the same way as it did before for me. #1 took a few minutes to lay to rest, #2 and #3 I've fixed, and #4 I'll just have to spend another few weeks getting used to again bah.
Ah well, once I get over the initial annoyance and disappointment, I'll have forgotten all about this :B For now, I iz grumpy raptor ><</p>

I'm kind of back.. i am not good at dealing with loss. I've had too many die on me. Frown.

i will do my best to be here!!! :D

I hear ya. I'm not happy about losses, either. Too many. My best friend passed away in 2012 and it still hurts. He didn't quite make it to his 41st birthday. Another unexpected death happened a couple of months ago, and she was only in her low 30s, a family friend.

Those are just two. I've been to too many funerals or wakes in the past four or five years.

One person I've known called me a survivor.. but he didn't tell me the downside, the why them and not me, the I am horrible why them, the whole., personal guilt thing.

i have a list of people I'd gladly give my life to bring back. But all I can do is cry and do all I can to make them immortal.

If I see God/dess, I'm going to slap someone in the face. Because this is a stupid way to run a world.:blank:

And, being me, I have no fear.. but I do have an UNFLATEABLE SWORD!!!!!!!!

It's only 8pm and I'm passing out on the keyboard fussing over this last scene... I kinda want to give up and go lay down, except I'll wake up at 4 in the morning or something silly. Decisions, decisions...

Also note the new owners of Skype inc. Plus the silly thing doesn't seem to remember passwords any more (and I can never remember mine X). Didn't notice that stuff about Enter-key and emoticons though...

Hoboy, it's suddenly dark as pitch outside and the lights just flickered. Out of the database, probably for the rest of the week

It's pouring now. Western half of county is under flash flood advisory (corpus is in the east half)

I see lots of small thunderstorms between I-35 and I-37.

I can't believe Freer actually got on a map. It's as near nothing as you can get.

You don't get to go yet because you haven't finished what you came here to do. I cry because they got to go and I didn't.

So, get those sagas going, render like crazy, and show us that UNFLATEABLE SWORD.
