No filled ones, though. Oh, well, free is free! Maybe they'll make filled donuts next month.

Here is the worst gif ever...Dance Monkey Dance!

Looks like you just needed to speed it up a little. Lighting and colors is another matter, but one I'm sure you can deal with.

still haven't typed a tentacles chapter. haven't found tentacles i really like yet. got the ones from rdna.
the old curious theme 'mushroom magic' looks ruder.

i wanna work on chapters tnite, but i wanna go clothes shopping. age old dilemma

Rendo has some decent tentacles, or USED to.. they could be retired by now... :long:

TERROR OF THE DEEP jellyfish on sale! :ahhh: Was in my wishlist, had just enough cash to cover it.

Did you pick this up, too? It's free!

    Dana

Yep, sure did! :cheese: A floating monster to be summoned! :snake:

I'b buy the jellyfish if I thought I'd use it soon, and if there weren't other things that are higher on my priority list. I have the Portuguese Man-O-War, which is pretty nice. I think it was a freebie at one time...the order shows that I got it for free.

....Wotan's Day (should listen to some Wagner when I get home).

    No major complaints.

    [ETA]

...OK well one. Stupid software logged me out when I clicked "submit" and then sent me to my account page again instead of back to the thread after I signed back in (fortunately my SOP is to always copy a post to Notepad before submitting - sheesh now going on 28 months and this rubbish still occurs).

Had a bundle of online forms to fill out for the new position today. Couldn't complete one (emergency info) as I do not remember family addresses, phone #s, etc. Have to send some emails for that..

Weather's been rather nice the last couple days, mid 70s with decent nighttime temps for sleeping. Yet another shot of summer in store for this weekend though. Kind of sad to see the sun set earlier and earlier.

Another Megabucks draw tonight. I feel after all these years I'm due, but no doubt, so does everyone else who plays. Would prefer to be "semi-retired" and use what years I have left to complete the creative projects I have going.

Have a backlog of ideas for scenes to work on, though having nothing else to do while waiting around for a render to finish cooking is pretty boring and tends to be a perfect invitation for Yawnulus to show up. Seems when I was on the forums and/or Net at the same time, I got a lot more work done. Was also easier to post WIPs and get feedback as now I need to transfer them to a RAM stick and then to the notebook to upload when I can get online.

    ...hmmm, that set looks familiar.

Well, time to go for the day. Heading on to dinnertime, need to stop at the market, pick up tonight's megabucks ticket and some ingredients for dinner (beefy stir fry).

Then time to rework some of the lighting & playing with SSS on the Kovec pic.

Will be back tomorrow, tea and bagel funds permitting.

... irritating, frustrating day o' woes.

Spent all day trying to trouble shoot a problem with our street inspector software. Still didn't get it resolved but I got a hold of tech support and he thinks our version may need an update. I need to send him some files first thing in the morning for him to trouble shoot.

On top of that, I had a pounding headache all day but I knew I had to go in today to trouble shoot this problem, so I went, even though I just wanted to stay home.

Then, I was asked by Fiance to help come up with theme songs for Glaucedes, his bounty hunter. He was going for a Noir detective style of character and I thought Sin City soundtrack would have great options but we can't find my CD. So I figured I'd pull it from my MP3 player... nope, when I burned them on, apparently the license didn't transfer over so now media player refuses to play them. The original's songs are on my old PC which may not even turn on at this point.

I just want to crawl under my pillow right now >_<</p>

There are a couple of addons for the animate plugin that make keyframing a bit easier :)

    *snipppppyy*

I don't have animate, though. And I can't keep spending money. Does DS come with a free "lite" version of animate2? Would that be usefull for a car, anyway? The AM Limo has a wheel spin dial I think. It would seem to be a pain to keep changing that every frame, though. Perhaps it wouldn't matter with the pwToon shader applied, I don't know.

    Dana

Yes it is in a tab called Timeline, if you open it you will see a series of little blocks where you set (and delete) keyframes with the lil buttons with key icons :)

The Timeline is the timeline, Animate Lite appears as aniMate Lite - and no, without aniBlocks it wouldn't be very useful for a car.

Thanks, I kind of thought so. But is aniMate Lite free with DS? I guess I'll just have to fish around and find out. There were some free aniBlocks, but I don't think any for the AM Limo.

    Dana

Am sure I'm gonna be sorry asking but what I see (when they are open) is two tabs, aniMate 2 and Timeline. I have a code for aniMate but not for Timeline. When I use Timeline I set keyframes for each item selected in the Scene Tab using the buttons with key icons on the timeline , and if I want to save the keyframes at arbitrary frames I save them as poses. Having a code for the aniMate tab is no help there. The aniMate tab behaves as if it extends the functionality of the Timeline tab. It isn't intended as a replacement for the Timeline Tab, correct?
