I decided to use a fresh user account instead of resetting my computer.

    Fresh user account where?

    Dana

On my computer. My computer has capability to have multiple user accounts.

Ah. But now you're not the administrator user anymore. That could be a problem in the future.

    Dana

actually I did not delete the old account so there is no problem.

Why did you think you had to reset your computer? And why do you think that just adding another user will fix whatever the problem was?

The account I created Bad Wolf is admin. I have two admin accounts on this computer and they are both mine and both password protected.

I did not have to reset my computer as that would be too drastic of an effort, The problem was that I wanted to redo my music library. I actually did not save any hdd space but at least I can do the music library fresh over.

theyz making a NCIS New Orleans. Scot Balula is on it.

i haven't watched NCIS since they announced Ziva leaving. Haven't watched Bones this season.

i wanna give Sleepy Hollow a try. Went to Sleepy Hollow a couple times, it's upstate NY. not sure if the same place with the headless horseman. Ichabod Crane was the name of the horseman?

Just because Ziva left, it didn't turn bad. It's still a great show and you missed a lot! They had a two part episode that introduced Scott's character and the New Orleans office (if you want to call it that) near the end of last season of NCIS.

Sleepy Hollow is quite the re-imagining of that story. It's outrageous, and fun, and full of twists...and even surprised me a few times, which is hard to do.

looking forward to sleepy hollow. will be a change from watching underworld all weekend.

You might want to find something online that sums up the first season. It would help to know what happened and what's happening.

Morning. Soaking rain overnight leaving a fresh scent in the air and everything green a little taller :)

Good morning! Around here, we get the bit where rain makes the grass shoot up - we say "it rained green paint".
Radio is saying the most rain in September for 56 years. It was nice, ground is still dry as a bone tho :)

I dunno, think the geometry needs more subdividing but soft focus zaps a lot of big pixel problems

is there a font to show when you supposed to roll an 'r' ? like the 'o' with dots over it. 'n' with the '~' over it means nya :)

looking at some shakespeare stuff with swoosh 'S' s in it.

the flat american 'r' is kinda unique among languages?

    doh
kindle image size ratio is listed as 9x11. out of proportion with the book trim sizes. gah, hate recropping renders.
adobe acrobat doh won't obey custom page size, insists on letter size no matter what i put in the page dimensions.
doh, full bleed makes the page size more irregular.

    it's not Friday. :shut:

In Spanish a rolled r is spelled "rr." Other languages might have a special character for it, but I'm not aware of any. I have a pretty typical American accent and the growling sort of sound that I make when I pronounce "r" is what linguists would call an "alveolar approximant" I think. Wiki has information on other languages that use that sound: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Alveolar_approximant

Yeah, renders for Kindle eBooks are a pain.. I use a program called Jutoh that outputs Kindle format, it's pretty good at getting images to come out decently.

And yeah, not Friday... :long:

In Welsh R is trilled rather than rolled.

The Welsh r should be trilled and always pronounced — never drop it, as most British English speakers do in barn

Made even more complimacated if the 'R" is followed by "H", as in Rhodry

The Welsh rh should be trilled with aspiration. Like saying a h and r simultaneously, but with more puff.

...sweet. Definitely a big thumbs up on that.

With a little "toonifying", you could create your own Mars Attacks pics like on the old trading cards.

BTW where did you find the Martian head and space suit?

    1/2 an hour until go-home time! :)

Going to go home and work on Gator Lake, chat, and listen to music tonight.

Gator Lake is just outside of Ruttsville, a lot of students go there to practice new spells.. needless to say, while it sure LOOKS pretty all kinds of weird stuff goes on there 24/7... :bug: :ahhh:

...sounds like the East Anglian Stinkfens in my story which is just outside of Cambridge. Definitely not the place to tromp around unless one has sufficient armament and a good spell caster with them (who can summon/banish Greatform spirits or gate in powerful elementals).
