That is really impressing, Wendy. You are a master of Carrara.

surface replication is just a basic carrara function used a lot in carrara scenes esp Howie Farkes ones.

By the way, this animates nicely, very smooth changes in the tentacles.

Once I get this 10 second clip done (few days), I'll try to get it up on YouTube. It's lame but cute... :red:

Awesome! It paid off rigging those 99 bones per tentacle, then. I was hoping people would animate with it!

Yes, it is also well suited for some decorative purposes. In the mean time, I have rendered another one...

Do you have a big version of that one? I kind of want it as a desktop. :D

    What is your screen resolution?
I am rendering now 1920x1080 pixels, but I can also post a bigger one.
Forum limits resolution of images to maximum 2000x2000 pixels.

I want to do a render with these...but will have to wait until the Daz Octane plugin is updated since it doesn't currently support the new gtx cards I got :(

That's what I love about ambiguous creatures like this... So many diverse uses. It's all about the right shaders and situations.

I could even see that glass version making for a fantastic chandelier with a small bulb applied to the tip of each arm. :)

Great idea, Xenomorphine. That's why I have bought the bundle. One can use it in many different ways.
By the way, I have forgotten to told SickleYield about how much I like her products, especially the latest one.
    Great job.

Sickle, you look so much younger than I thought you were!
Artini, add MStories Marsh monster to your scene and it will be complete viney creepiness

meanwhile I am working on my JaguarElla vid but it has 32 hours left!!
