Some of us just don't get any DAZ promo emails. I started another thread about this and apparently DAZ doesn't have an email subscribe or unsubscribe option page here on their website. So no survey, no store credit for us.
That's weird! Marble is 100% correct. I went to the help center and searched for "subscribe" and "newsletter." I found "how do I unsubscribe from the Daz3d newsletter" and info for subscribing to PC+, nothing for subscribing to Daz newsletter.
that's something else I don't remember doing the subscribing thing though I am a pc member so maybe that automaticly subscribes me. As for surveys ans such I thought that was just a random thing as well as taking into account whether your a pc member and how much you spend which I spend a lot often be several thousand by now even before converted into Australian dollars. Same with the orange banners we get
I am also a PC+ member so it isn't automatic. I had not noticed that I was not subscribed to the official DAZ info emails because I get all those DAZ Deals emails triggered by that browser extension. Looking back through my email history I have not had DAZ emails for at least a year. I'm not a heavy spender here but I have been buying regularly since 2004 so I would have thought that some loyalty to the customer might be in order.
It just beggars belief that we need to log a support call in order to subscribe to promo emails! You would think that DAZ want us to see what they have to offer.
...wish I could stay unsubscribed from all the advert spam emails I receive in my regular inbox. Crikey I keep getting ones for car related stuff and I haven't owned or driven a car in over 40 years..
Still no $10 store credit as promised! :(

Yes, its a comercial issue. And tech category can take much more time to be handled.

I did my ticket yesterday & got a response within a few hours of Daz opening this morning. BUT it was just asking for my account email and the email I put on the survey. My ticket included my account email and that I had used that on the survey. Maybe they hadn't had their caffeine before reading the ticket?
And still I have no credit or response...

So this is interesting. I got the survey store credit banner, but no store credit. I guess the saga continues.

Same. Put in a ticket, they responded right away. A few hours later I get the banner saying "here's your $10" but it's nowhere to be seen.

Add me to the Banner but No Credit List. Except my banner didn't show up until after Daz Midnight today.
Same here - put in a ticket yesterday, got a response asking which email addresses I used which I would have thought would have been connected with my ticket account. Got a banner before I updated the ticket thanking me for doing the survey but no credit in my account yet.
Next survey I don't think I'll bother.

Plot twist: Now my banner and the message are gone, still no store credit... Well, at least they seem to be working on it.
