    Same for me. I got the generic email asking me again for the information I had already stated clearly in the ticket. I then got the banner later in the day. But I still have not received my credit and there is now a second flash sale where I can't use it. It's a shame so much frustration is generated around something which should have been a positive experience.

  • In the same boat as well.  I took a screenshot of the message--not sure if and when to open a CS ticket.

    I woke up just a few minutes ago. I had an email saying my ticket had been marked closed and solved. It claimed the credit had been added. Welp, it has and it hasn't. The store credit balance history shows $10 was added and nothing purchased after that. But my actual store balance is still zero!!! I was also unable to use this invisible store credit during checkout just now. So I had to reopen the ticket by following the links provided in the email. :(

    They got back to me pretty quickly! Store credit is working now. :D

    Mine shows they added the $10 and yet the balance is still zero. Fingers crossed its going through the system!

    You might want to tell them. My account had to be refreshed for it to work.

    I wasn't that lucky, had to send a screenshot of my balance history. Well I guess just a little more patience...

    Same here... Sent a ticket yesterday, no answer yet, still hoping for an happy end.

    I did my ticket yesterday & got a response within a few hours of Daz opening this morning.  BUT it was just asking for my account email and the email I put on the survey. My ticket included my account email and that I had used that on the survey. Maybe they hadn't had their caffeine before reading the ticket?

    And still I have no credit or response...

    Same. Exact. Thing. Happened to me!!! LOL. Still waiting on a response and credit. 

    Yippppeeee! Daz Credit finally SORTED! ..........& spent, plus I left some loose change in the coiffeurs

    I don't mind a little effort for the credit, but the number of errors and issues this had was comical.

    Although my balance history  is still showing 10$ more than my actual store credit, I finally received the 10$smiley.

     

    So THANKYOU DAZ!! Very happy about it!!
