Same for me. I got the generic email asking me again for the information I had already stated clearly in the ticket. I then got the banner later in the day. But I still have not received my credit and there is now a second flash sale where I can't use it. It's a shame so much frustration is generated around something which should have been a positive experience.
In the same boat as well. I took a screenshot of the message--not sure if and when to open a CS ticket.

Mine shows they added the $10 and yet the balance is still zero. Fingers crossed its going through the system!
